CVs ki marzi...only they know reasons behind the creative steps that they take. But yes, she was a good child, always smiling despite Bansuri's cold behaviour and lack of motherly feeling. Having said that, I personally feel that the writers have failed to justify why she went wrong. I as a viewer cannot justify her behaviour.

i feel the same... i don't have any idea what reason will be good enuf to justify this nature of gunjan... !

may be something like- she is not gunjan at all 😆 the actual gunjan ran away after some incident when she was a child, and bansuri brought some other girl so that the pind doesn't make fun of her 🤢😆 LOL! i hope this was possible anyhow...
