I hope that I don't sound completely dense but is Sampooran dead or alive? I've read the article talking about the flashback sequences but couldn't figure out if he's back just for those sequences, or, if he's actually alive.Personally I hope that he is alive, tries to come back into Ratan's life but she tells him to get lost because of what he's put her through!
Also, I don't know why but I don't think that Kapil is into his role as Nihal - he just comes across as slightly uncomfortable on screen. It's a shame that he appears to be blacklisted from the SPA awards as well.
