I'm new to the ETRETR forum. This is my first post here, but I've been watching the show since it first aired and have never missed an episode. I just wanted to give props to where props is due.

Drashti & Sid's legacy will truly be felt despite their departures. RaGa was the foundation of this show and they continue to be in spirit. You can't see them, but you still feel them here. Their journey preLeap is what makes me love their daughter all the more. To me they've become immortalized within the showverse.

I also loved the buildup with the kids. The child actors were all very talented and I was sad to see them go as well. But their parts as well as RaGa's roles really set up a nice foundation and juxtaposition going forward.

Which brings me to The Royal Quartet AKA Rani, Raja, Jeevan, and Bindu AKA Gayatri, Rajveer (Sir!), Jeeves, and Lovey AKA Chipkali, Raja Baja, Bhuk-kar, and... well, Bindu (I don't recall her having a nickname) --- I'm already in love with them as well.

Also the University setting (as did the Palace) really helps to separate this show from the rest. It's so refreshing.

All in all, I'm very excited to see where this goes.

I'm sorry I guess my original post wasn't clear. It was simply a poor choice of words and I in no way meant to sound as if I was attacking the RaGa/Sishti ship.

What was said was just a generalized fleeting opinion, but I can see how I hurt people -- and for that I'm truly very sorry.

I didn't mean any disrespect. Maybe what I was trying to say got worded out of context --- I was in no way comparing one couple with another. In fact the work that Drashti&Sid did is what allows me to enjoy the story all the more now.

Consequently, I reworded my post to better reflect what I was trying to say. My lack of filter is what probably led to the misunderstanding.

And again, to those I offended I'm truly very sorry. That wasn't my intent.

Hi mimi!! You may want to change your thread title as I have seen mods close member intro threads since there is already a thread for that and your post is more than an intro!

Anyway I totally agree with you! As much as I respect and admire D+S as very talented and skilled actors I didn't enjoy them together enough to watch the show for them and their deaths had the same affect on me as you. I LOVEDDD the childhood portion and am not sure the college story will live up to it but that's ok - it's shaping up to be something really good in its own right! So happy to see you here and looking forward to lots of fangirling over our grown up rajkali 😉

I completely agree. The childhood setup holds a special place in my heart -- but the University angst fest is already starting to shine brightly.

Sorry for interrupting the discussions here. I understand you are loving the show right now and happy with your "new leads". If you wanted to praise them, you could have done it without bringing Drashti and Siddhant in this.After bringing and comparing their story with your new leads, you say you aren't disrespecting them? lol..

Whether you like it or not, the show was watchable only because of them and had atleast this much popularity and Trps, only because of them, as the show was just about BRM and vampsaga😆

This forum has always been peaceful and hope it continues like this. Plz don't create the situation for fanwars..

Almost all of us are miserable after seeing the same sets, BG and even the couple BG being copied on the new leads.So, plz don't add salt on our wounds..

So, i m requesting you, if u want to praise your new leads, do it without bringing the previous ones.

yup agree! there is no need to drag or comparison with DD-SID just to praise ur new fav. leads. there are many previous Jodi fans are still here to maintain DD-Sid AT so no need to hurt them by degrading DD-Sid just to prove ur new leads great. you can praise ur leads here, no old Jodi fans interrupt on ur post but please Respect others feelings too.. please!

Till now I haven't seen any bad post or any post disrespecting the new leads and trust me it isn't very tuff for a Large fan base of DD ,Sid and Sishti to create number of post targeting the new lead's and comparing their acting capability and popularity with our actor's. We haven't done anything such yet bcs we are actually not interested to watch the new episodes or nor in new lead's , We are happy DD-SID took a wise decision and left the show together, now new lead's fan's will come and make their own post or AT's and appreciate them we have no problem with it but never try to drag old lead's and disrespect them don't even think we will take it silently. It's better you enjoy ur leads story and leave sishti for their own fan base,We will not going to tolarate their insult..

Oh wow. I truly apologize. Looking back at my above post I can see how I must have upset sishty fans. That honestly wasn't my intention. And once again I apologize. I'm used to speaking without a filter at times. Sorry if I hurt anyone. I never meant to.

Like I said, I'm new to the ETRETR forum. I've only been active on another board and everyone there is a lot more liberal. No one holds back; even going so far to attack our main leads at times. 😆 It's a different environment there, and that's what I was used to. I didn't think it would be any different here.

I'll think twice before I post anything next time. Old habits die hard. I'm truly very sorry. I really didn't mean to offend.
