i think it wouldnt even be that bad if they were going with the whole second wife because it is supposed to be the 1940s and that did happen but he marries someone evil every time.. its not like he marries someone who actually needs the the help or attention. if they want to do the whole extra wifes thing then why cant they show him being the strength of someone who needs it. There was so much unjust towards women in those times why not show him helping a woman that is an outcast or needs the help to prove every woman is worth something no matter what her life has bought her instead they have this vamp marriage tradition..
Gayatri herself is a massive example she was rejected by society why dont they pick up on these really relevant issues that plagued the 40's..

jagruthid, the main problem is not this soutane issue as we all know with this backdrop polygamy is quite common with Royalty. Even in JA, EK showed the harem full of wives for Akbar. In CAS also it is there. But here it is different. They already had the soutane track previously just 30 episodes back. Now again they r repeating the same n using it to make things even worse n sticking to the nasty politics n same old schemes of BRM n her fooling the Leads time n again. It is annoying.

RNJ is not jalal or asoka. What kingly duties has he done so far??? They have made him a dumb hero who agrees to anyone's words and never investigates a thing.

The part where she hugs Ranaji. Soo creepy and disgusting 🤢

CV's what is wrong with you? Is there any need to further butcher the character of Ranaji.

He states that he doesn't want to punish Gayatri then what is this? Did his brain suddenly take a 360.

As for Gayatri - GURLLL if you have an ounce of self-respect then you'll leave, go back home, I'm sure you're Father would have no hesitancy in taking action against the Royals.

I'm still a teeny bit hopeful so will continue to watch, maybe its a dream sequence (Gayatri) or maybe theres a twist.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see ...
