What punishment is he even going to come up with ..

It's all good and well getting mad at gayatri but what is he even going to sentence her with that he think will get his point across. The only thing I can think of is taking away her status as queen but she doesn't care about that anyway. House arrest maybe but he's already done that With badi ma didn't work!
