Lots of valid points but for me from the writing aspect pure realism was not going to happen.
They took bits and pieces but implemented it elsewhere. Meaning Gayatri acting like a wife and was more concerned about safety.
Because what really should have happend did not happen because CV chose for it.
What would have been better and realistic is if Ranaji either died in the swordfight with pride, or he would see that Avdesh was indeed cheating and catch that, and win the fight. But in both cases s/l would be over soon. The bet was too risky. One of them would have died, because Avdesh is that evil. Then it would make more sense his sister came for revenge, but that is another discussion.
Sadly we have to look at this s/l from a different aspect. For some reason they let him hang in this s/l too long by adding the bromance with Ranaji. Why not keep him as a worthy foe instead?
Especially since it seems like our villain is not going to learn anything from Ranaji being this kind to him. Maybe the writers can answer that for me.
When i watch series like this i usually have low hope of what i want them to portray. Its better we look for the positive things from what they do end up portraying. This s/l is just a lesson for both Gayatri and Ranaji. Just written in a rather annoying way. This whole game was to break Ranaji and take Gayatri. Obstacles need to be moved out of the way kind of thing. But she made it clear she would never be his.
But its nice we can see different POV from everyone and discuss it 👏
