I was just thinking to myself from the previous serial I watched that yes a lot of ego fights were happening the female lead challenging the male lead and him beating her, here we've seen the start of it where the male lead is almost challenging her to see his strength with a sword and for him to trust him. Of course we know that he needs her help to overcome Avdesh in the fight when she comes an the inopportune time to stop Ranaji's death.
They are going to have another fight and he will piss off from the palace and she will try to manofy him and it goes wrong and he doubts her with Avdesh unfairly and she walks off and he has to go manofy her now I'm thinking. Anyway my question is these challenges they put on each other's ego will this bring intensity, perhaps hopefully it will but others may feel no it won't and if so perhaps they have other ideas (that's the third option) they can suggest it here.

Where you saw ego fight? All I see gayatri running behind Rana and Rana showing his good for nothing attitude to Gayatri. I really hope gayatri stop chasing Rana, let him all do for himself like he did till now and had to get marry with gayatri to get out from his created problems that's also by rajmata's suggestions.

Yep , in telly world aggressiveness attracts viewers

check out any serials , with high fan following , it will be about "an egoistic , rich , self obsessed man getting tamed by an angel or a miss perfectionist " where the FL gets humiliated over and over again in the process .

having said this , I myself ve watched 3 shows like that... and fallen in love with the couple . though I m against the very notion of mistreating woman and high-headed men .

So I think that s the case with everyone . most of us love to watch aggressiveness and ego clashes onscreen to a certain extent , even if we doesn't support it morally / in practical life .

It can work yes,in real life if it was too much ego and no leeway it wouldn't be real love for each other, because when you love each other you make allowances and not allow your ego in constantly but because its in a serial everything is to extremes but at least it won't be boring and we will have lots to talk about here.

I think I also I'm the same I watched it in two shows before but in real life I wouldn't like it in my own life, its that separation from whats real and what isn't I suppose.

Here if they did bring more ego fights if they separated from each other it would bring an intensity into their relationship.

I explained here in my opening post, you know when he said to her when he beats Avdesh with the sword then she will learn to trust his decision. That's him fighting without knowing the strengths of the opponent and here he was going to lose also but Gayatri came to distract Avdesh, so that's the only time I've seen it here in this serial. But the question is bringing intensity into this relationship does ego fights help bring this and if not suggest a different way if you have another idea.

Ranaji thinks its about a physical fight, but the real emotional fight starts after that.
Gayatri does not know how to fight, yet she changes everything just with her voice and presence??

That is what i'm missing from Ranaji. Some more spunk and boldness from within.
Advesh is not impressed by Ranaji at all. He is impressed by Gayatri though, and its not just because of her looks. Even though she hates him, he still enjoys whatever she says to him.

Off course there will be a moment where Advesh will have to admit to underestimating Ranaji, but that is not now. IMO im not following this show for a constantly nice/sweet King.
