Just because women were bangles doesn't mean they are weak. They know when to use brawn and when to use brain... If women were in charge of the world, the world will be a much kinder and less violent place. Just look at the Maternal society of North East. You will hear less news of violence coming from there (other than violence done to them from outsiders), than rest of India.

Two days back to back uncharacteristic statement by King. First he said he can't sit at home n wear bangles, Second Queen has no right to raise her opinion against King's decision. Ranaji talked about equality but I think he forget to mention selective equality.

Her context was not for Ranaji but it was taken other way round.

I didn't like Gayatri's over concern nature the way she keeps running behind Ranaji for his well being.

Exactly he's a grown man I fact a King who's been alright even before she came along I think lacks trust in him to some extent too ..

Thanks Hun. I was busy with work and everything. Also planning a couple of vacation so combined with Christmas and shopping everything was chaos.

We saw today the first bit of masochism from Indra.

He said if I win this fight (which they are calling war) you will learn to trust me when I make a decision no matter if the enemy is unknown I know my strength with a sword and I cannot lose to that other guy. Its a macho way of guys to say you my wife should learn with this my action that my decisions are always right.

Hate it or not but these type of things that men say to show superiority over a woman's decisions.

You know what is the funniest thing in all this? Rana had never needed to prove himself to earn Gayetri's trust. Only Gayetri had to prove herself over and over and yet he never trusted her without solid proof. So his saying that if he wins this war, Gayetri will trust him, is more like if he wins this war, he will trust himself after majorly duped by a woman for so many years (two, if you count fake Sula).

Secondly his kingdom was run by women from his BRM to Raj Mata while he was busy wallowing in grief. So it's not that technically he doesn't believe in women. I have a feeling that right now, he doesn't believe in himself and wants to show off his capabilities in front of Gayetri. Again, refer to my comment on men and their egos. Character wise he is behaving like a typical man who was betrayed by a women and bested by another women. Add being a King who is responsible for the kingdom in the mix and you have the making of a disaster.

Indra was about to die only Gayatri coming there to the dueling field will stop the final blow on his neck by that psycho lover who will be distracted with Gayatri there and start ogling the queen.
So all the macho he can beat anyone in a fight wasn't true afterall he needs his wife to distract his enemies and he can attack the enemies. So his decision to fight here was wrong unless she comes to give unfair advantage to himself.
