Exactly, when he was mourning Sona, he didn't see what Kunwar Chacha was doing to his subjects. He was that busy feeling sorry for himself. Which he also realized in the Durgah, remember? He knows how to love, but he doesn't know how to be a King.

If he was an ordinary man with no scheaming relatives, he would have made Gayetri an excellent husband. But all the qualities that makes him a good person (loving to the point of blindness, too nice for his own good), makes him a bad king.

It was actually Raj Maatha who should have pampered Rana but coz of her busy schedule she wasn't able to pour out all the love she had for him and BRM used it efficiently and poured all the fake love and concern for Rana ji and made him as her fav Potta for times.

Im sure RNJi would be better off selling laddoos in the Amerkot than trying to rule it. Oh I forgot, he has been a ruler in absentia most of the time. RM was doing all the ruling.

This show is indeed becoming Sasural Gayatri Devi Ji Ka. After wedding of RaGa I used to wish to see Gayatri as Queen but all three month we have seen only Bahurani and Devdas Pati.

RNJ still does not have the maturity a king needs. He is emotional and when it is regarding his emotions, logic flies out of the window for him.
