No RM is not behind Sona's accident. She is just suspicious of how she can be alive and appear totally unharmed as well? Can someone escape a burning car without even a scratch? A burn would leave a scar even after years? She was just standing there like a wax figure!
She is suspicious and rightly so. There is a lot about even Sulakshana we don't know. RM obviously does not trust BRM and Kuwar family. If Kuwar family brought Sulkashana back, Ranaji would never trust them. So BRM brought her back, coz Ranaji trusts her. RM knows this is all some big game!
