As I said I wasn't his fan, so it's not like I looked for all his shows to watch them, I'm not defending him because I'm his fan, I'm being quite unbiased here judging only by his performance
Anyways, Rekha, seems u don't like Sid, it's your own opinion, you have all the rights to like whom u want but personally I don't think he is a bad actor, rather one amongst the good actors on TV
Obviously not all his shots or scenes will be perfect acting wise, sometimes some scenes wouldn't be his forte, sometimes actor himself might be a little off, he is a human being afterall and sometimes editing and bad angles won't make the expression come across the right way. But the guy is talented, if you see how he expresses subtely in some scenes, u would understand, maybe he isn't the kind of actors who go for overacting to prove he is a good actor!

😃 Maybe you haven't realised, but you are most definitely an ardent fan of the actor, just like a lot of Forumites. Why try to hide it under the "defense" strategy? 😃 Because, I asked only two simple questions which needed only "Yes", "No" or "I don't know". 🤣 I don't like or dislike an actor. I admire only the talent in him/her -acting. That's about it. To move from a side character to a lead one is a big jump and it does require loads of talent. Undoubtedly. But when you do intimate scenes, you should be able to draw the line clearly, where talent and experience reigns supreme, because TV soaps are sold to a family audience. The discomfort shown by the actor is there for all to see. But you should not be wearing rose tinted glasses. Else, he is good. Am sure the actor will come of age soon!! 😃 Hopefully, for all the intimate sequences being done henceforth or even a consummation (if the Creatives are planning one!). Its a love story, after all...
