Was the snake poisonous? Why didn't Gayatri pass out/ die? - Page 3

The bite type says it was a POISONOUS snake... Gayu quickly tied that place tightly... Maybe thats why the venom couldn't affect her much.. Or maybe the snake couldn't put the full venom while biting... Or maybe... Forget logics!! 🤣

Just did a first aid course and yes if you wrap the area all the way to the knee and down again then u can slow or stop the process of spreading the poison through blood stream but at the wounded spot you gotta apply some pressure..I.e. A padded towel or thick cloth and then start the wrapping process...

If we look at it scientifically everything is wrong.. 99% terrestrial snakes in India are non poisonous except king cobra, krait and viper.. Sucking the poison out vampire style is wrong.. It doesn't help anyone in anyway... Tying a cloth is fine .. But it shouldn't be too tight or it can cause gangrene.. Anti snake venom injections are given if snake is poisonous else cleaning the wound with soap and water and tt injection would suffice.. sucking out the poison its just lame and doesn't really work..

My dear, Mera Bharat Mahan hai. Indian snakes are very thoughtfull too. They only spitt poison on the wrong person. Now, if that was Kuwarji or Kokila, they would have been dead on the spot. So, just sit tight and don't wate you brain as you will need to use in your next episode.
