First of all Jyoti I would like to say awesome analysis of the episode.. New to the forum and read your post first, and was mighty pleased with it.. Coming to Badi Rani Ma.. If she is Ranaji's Dad's mother then her love and concern is real and being said that then the doubts about her being in cahoots with the Britishers is redundant, if not then she may be double-faced like Kuwar Chachaji who has successfully managed to fool Ranaji with her fake love.. But going by the conversation and all I think otherwise.. My gut feeling says that in the serial story Badi Rani Ma is the Real Grand Mother of Ranaji and not the Step Grand Mother.. and if that is so, then the Britishers acquiring SuyraMahal is either a mere co-incidence or Kuwar The Cunning Chachaji has a Mole planted who gives all the inside information about Ranaji's activities to Kuwar Chachaji.. Who knows the Mole could be Bhanu or not.. But one thing is for sure Kuwar Chachaji keeps a very keen eye on Ranaji's every move and counter attacks it nicely.. It's not because Kuwar Chachaji is very Smart, it's because Ranaji has been slightly careless towards him.. That is why Chachaji is winning all his petty games for now.

Hey welcome to the forum .. good to see new mmebers joining 😃 .. I agree about Badi Ranima .. we need to see if she is real or step grandmom of Ranaji .. only after that we can reach to a conclusion about her .. so right now we can only assume or guess ... Having said that I felt at times she was trying too hard to show herself in positive light and Rajmata in negative light so that Ranaji goes against Rajmata .. I mean will any grandmom do this to separate a son from his mother .. thats where I m hving my doubts 🤔

Coming to the silent rivalry between Badi Rani Ma and Rajmata.. To be it just seems like some harmless Saas-Bahu generic tiff which is oh-so-common.. As they say Saas-Bahu is like Mongoose and Snake they hardly co-exist.. I mean come on look at Rajmata and Badi Ranima's Nature, Behavior and Life style.. They hardly match with each other.. They are like North and South Poles.. On one side is Rajmata who is Modern and live by the Western Lifestyle and believes in Showing off the Royalty even if the Royal Treasure is depleting.. Rajmata at times seems very Naive and Easily Influenced.. At times also comes off as Egoistic.

Right now it might look like typical Saas-Bahu clash of ego , but in future u never know if makers try to cash on this rivalry and give it some twist for trps 😆 .. lets see ...But yes for now it mayb just clash of saas and bahu over their different lifestyle ..

Where as Badi Rani Ma on the other hand clearly hates Western Culture and anything related to it.. She is more connected to her roots and kinda Old School when it comes to Culture and Traditions.. I don't think she is the one who believes in showing off.. She seems to be genuinely concerned about Ranaji's welfare.. Rajmata is too.. But when it comes to save her Royal Stature Rajmata would not blink an eye to sacrifice his own son for it. For example Rajmata is very well ready to marry off Ranaji to Gayatri, even though Ranaji has time and again clearly stated that he has no place for any one in his heart or life except Sulakshana his deceased wife.. But Rajmata would apparently sell off Ranaji to Gayatri's Father and in return not only get free from repaying the loan but would also ensure constant flow of finance from Govind Seth to the Royal Treasure..

U know I feel Rajmata is a bit practical compare to badi Ranima .. at the end of the day she is only trying to save their Royal Heritage as its her responsibility to do so .. on the other hand Badi Ranima simply left her Palace and all responsibilities just because her views dont match with her bahu .. it does look like an escapist kind of situation whereas Rajmata is at least facing the hurdles ... But again its too early to judge .. mayb we get a clear picture once badi ranima comes back in the palace ..

Where as Badi Rani Ma is only concerned about Ranaji's welfare.. I think may be, I don't know how right I'm but maybe there is going to a tiff between Rajmata and Badi Rani Ma regarding Ranaji's Marriage as Badi Rani Ma would understand her grandson's pain and would not like the idea of Priyamvada selling off Indra in the name of Marriage and striking a deal with Govind Seth. Just my Opinion..

Yeah Badi Ranima might not b in favour of this marriage deal .. but in long run if u see it will do a world of good for Ranaji too since Gayatri is a perfect choice for him and even Rajmata knows it as she was already impressed with her in that party ..

i also feel nani does not have any ulterior motives

like rajmata said that nani can be in cahoots with the british

strange rajmata can trust chacha but not nani

i feel even chacha is not happy that nani is coming here

may be he will have problem to cheat and betray them

seems yashoda can advise bhanu as she signalled him not to give rana the letter

loved the last talk between rajmata and ranaji about govind seth

i am sure rana ji will not be as haughty and arrogant when he talks

The Britishers taking over the Shimla palace when Ranaji announces his intention to sell it and pay the debts did seem fishy. Even I think maybe badi Ranima isn't like what she seems to be. And if, like others have mentioned here, that she is Ranaji's step-grandmother then I think there are chances that she has some agenda of her own.

Gayatri and her father's scene was touching... especially, the point he said that if he was sure that he could be with her for her lifetime, he wouldn't have allowed any of this. But I still wish, he tried to put an end to this. At the end of the day, he is the head of the house and he does have the authority to say 'no'. And he could then try finding some other decent guy. Atleast they can show him still trying to find some other suitable guy instead of just accepting defeat. But I'm glad that Gayatri isn't accepting defeat or giving up hopes... 👍🏼

About Rajmata and Ranima , I was sort of predicting from my usual daily soap experience where always a good ones turn evil eventually 😆 and since for trps we do need a bit of drama and suspense element , so there is possibility in future about this especially when it was quite weird that just after informing Ranima about how Ranaji wants to sell Suryamahal , it was taken under custody by Britishers next minute ... Only Ranima knew it .. this is where I hv my doubts

Agree about Gayatri's family .. they think just money jewelleries , one husband name and big house is enough for a woman to b happy .. no value for emotions , love or even the basic bioglogical need that every man and woman desires at a certain age .. sighh ... no wonder she decides to write to Ranaji when her own family has been such a big letdown for her
