A quick question didn't watch the last two episodes..but back in those time how many royal couples fell or married for love? Probably not many..they married to save their kingdoms so it was a marriage of necessity to gather power and prestige..or to manipulate power and prestige. So how is our Rana Sir doing? Did Gayatri work her magic???
Ranaji still mourning S? And that whatever Princess has absolutely no manners! What happened to etiquette?

Maharani Gayatri Devi, Rajmata of Jaipur's marriage was a love marriage. After a secret courtship of few years. That was still ok. Her mother Indira Devi was much more ahead. She was betrothed at a young age to the then Maharaja of Gwalior a very bigger princely state, but before the marriage she fell in love with younger brother (and thus unlikely ever to become king) of the then Maharaja of Cooch Behar. This family ruled a remote and insignificant state in the eastern hills. Indira circumvented her parents by taking the initiative in breaking her engagement herself, a daring act for an 18-year-old Indian maiden of that era. She wrote to her fiance saying that she did not wish to marry him. It was scandalous. This was all in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

I do not think so. Rani Gayatri Devi was a princess by birth. Also her story is different from this show. But she also had a huge crush for her future husband from a very young age. They got married much much latter.

As Rajmata was interested in govind ji weakness which is obviously gayu marriage, I think Rajmata will try to find someone for Gayu maybe initially not Ranaji but may be later
