4) is same as 2 if contract is between Raghav n kalpi then who is paki to submit it to court n kamla is she a dumbo all this while paki is concern about company not Raghav then why couldn't she see it, n i dont think there is any law where if a wife leaves u then u have to marry the one whose name the property is transferred how did court even accept something like that in 1st place

2. His dad's is Vikram Singhaniya.. N y the hell not sahil can do that.. Remember raghav said from past 15 yrs sahil kapoor was handling ks constructions.. Plus he was there wen vikram died, he was aware about the agreement happened b/w bithal n vikram so it was easiest as vikram was dead, vithal n raghav was out of the picture who could stop him to take over all legal affairs and ks construction.. He changed the will from kalpana to kapoor construction y can't he add conditions.. That too legally if parties involve in agreement gave their consent with signature to each condition every contract can considered by law.. Bcz it's with their own consent... Zyada jaane ke lie wait kre court hearing ka.. 😉😆3) well smart girl.. Par is answer ke lie they'll have to prove themselves as fool of the world so ye to court hearing me unka mazaak udayenge...!! 4) Ante-nuptial contract it based on U.S. terms and condition.. It clearly stated that if with a consent if the couple wants to marry only on the base of some property they can.. Even in one condition they both can have relations out from marriage.. As it's only for property.. So might not indian but with a proper consent and witness every contract, each condition is valid..
