At Singhania construction

Raghav was in his cabin busy on laptop when there was a knock at the door..."Come in" was all Raghav uttered while still his eyes were fixed on the laptop...Sammy came in...

Sa: Raghav...

R: hmmm...

Sa: You're working on the presentation of the meeting in Amsterdam with KJ's ...

R: yeah...

Sa: Raghav I want to tell you something...

R: hmmm...(still looking on the laptop)

Sa: Raghav...

R: what you have to say Sammy? Tell it fast..I don't have time...

"Knock-knock" there was again a knock on the door..." Come in.." Raghav said...A girl who was holding a file and a big smile showing all her teeth was plastered on her face.. ( guess who...yeah...who else...PAKHI) entered..." what miss kapoor" Raghav said irritatingly..." Rag...err...Sir...vo actually...I...I..." Pakhi said in fear...

R: speak fast...i don't want to waste my time...

Pa (Pakhi): Sir I have to give u this file...plz check it and tell me if there is any correction.

R: keep it and just go...

Pa: Sir...I wanted to ask u something...can I ?

R: NO...get back to ur work..

Pa: but...

R: I SAID GO ( Pakhi always irritates Raghav...he doesn't like her at all)

Sa: Raghav...just let her say... (to pakhi) yes pakhi...

Pa: Sir...I came to know that our company is giving a presentation for a project to The KJ's ...

Sa: yeah...so...??

Pa: Sir...my dad is in partnership with The KJ's in their hotel business...more over..my brother Prem...he works with KJ...in fact...KJ takes most of her decisions on my brother's suggestion so if you want I can tell bhai to give this project to our company...

R: ( with anger) GET LOST...

Pakhi jumped in fear...seeing raghav like that Sammy tried to calm him down..." pakhi..Thanks for the offer but plz don't do anything as such and plz go.." sammy said..pakhi hurried out in fear..."Raghav she was just trying to help us" Sammy said to Raghav...

R: tell her to be in her limit...I don't want to do anything with that way..once I did and I lost my love..my kalpi...not again Sammy...not again...I hate this Pakhi...had it not been about your love...I would have thrown her out on the the interview day itself...I tolerate her just because you love her...I don't want you to be away from love like...like...I am...

Days passed...monday came when raghav had flight to Amsterdam...

On airport

R: you know na...what all u have to do...I don't want any mistakes

Sa: yes raghav...this is the 51th u r telling me this...just relax..

R: I can't be...If there is some clue while I am away...then??

Sa: relax..I m here..

Raghav leaves...

Here in Amsterdam...

At airport

Pr: take care of yourself...don't wake up for long time...and take your food on time...and yes don't forget to call me...

K: haan prem...I am not a kid going on school picnic and more over u r not my mom...remember...

Pr: yeah right...don't crack jokes...hurry up or else u will miss your flight...

K: ok bye... (she leaves)

After some time...

Their respective flights land at their respective destination...kalpi's in paris and Raghav's in Amsterdam...Kalpi called prem to inform him of her safe landing and so did raghav to Sammy...Raghav went to the hotel...after some time he got a call...he received the call..

R: ...Raghav Singhania here...

C (caller): Mr. Singhania...your meeting with The KJ's is at 3 pm after lunch...

R: thank you for the information...

The call ends...

Kalpi was in her hotel room...she made a call to someone...

K: hello...KJ here...just listen to me...

Re (recipient): yes...

After some time she cut the call..."now I can be free.." she thought to herself...after some thought she called prem...

Pr: yes kalpi..any problem?

K: no prem...it was just I wanted to tell u that I will not return on Wednesday...actually I have some work here...will be back by next Monday...u just have to do one thing...just tell those people whom u will shortlist to wait till then or else we r not interested...

Pr: but kalpi...

K: no ifs and buts...bye..

Pr: bye...

The call ends...

Raghav got ready for the meeting...he did not want to be late so he was earlier in the KJ's office...he was directed to the conference room by the receptionist...he was going to the conference room when he passed from a cabin on which ' THE KJ' was hanging on the door...he stopped looking at the name or better say looking at the cabin...his heart was beating faster...he was not able to understand the reason...Prem who was just going to the conference hall saw him standing ( NOTE: Prem never knew that Raghav is the one whom kalpi married so...)

Prem went near him..."Mr. Singhania..right?? What are you doing here?? "Prem said to Raghav..."Nothing...it's just...I was feeling that...well never mind..." Raghav said...

Pr: so...let's go..

R: yeah...vaise...where is KJ...I have heard a lot about her...she'll be there...right?"

Pr: no...vo..actually...she had to go to Paris urgently so...but she will be back soon...

R: ok...

They went to the meeting...the meeting started...after all have given their presentation prem got up and announced " all have given their best but as said there is only few who wins so here I announce that I have shortlisted three companies...The Jackson construction ( u see The KJ is a brand name and companies all over world wanted to deal with it) ...The Mittal construction and my favourite The Singhania construction...Thank you all For coming...and the selected companies...KJ will take the final decision so pull up your socks...it's not easy to impress her..."

"When will she come?" Raghav inquiried ...

Pr: well...she was coming on Wednesday...but some work popped up so she will be back on Monday...

R: Monday? Like really...we'll have to wait for damn one week...no way...I have many other thing To do..

Pr: I understand Mr. Singhania but u know this deal can change so much...

R:: fine...I should leave now...

He left from there and again he stopped near the cabin...Prem was again there..." Mr. Singhania do u want to say anything...??" Prem said...

R: I don't know why...I feel like someone very near to my heart is here...

Pr: what??

R: yeah...I am feeling like the person I am looking for is here...

Pr:( prem was not able to understand anything) see...I don't know what is yor feeling but I am sure u will get the person soon

R: (giving a small smile)..I take your leave now...

Here...kalpi was busy with work...she got a call..

K: yes KJ here...

C (caller): ma'am your work is done...

K: well...good...

The call ends..." well now you made me really happy today...finally. ..I am so happy" kalpi said to herself...

Sammy was calling Raghav again and again but he was not picking it up...again he called him and now he picked it up...

R: what..Sammy I am busy...

Sa: just listen to me once...

R: what.??

Sa: vo actually...I ..I have. ..

R: what it is Sammy...say it fast...accha listen first...I will be back next week...

Sa:what?? But...

R: actually KJ is not here...she will be back by next week so...well...u were telling something right??

Sa: yeah...vo actually...

The call was cut...

Sa: hello..hello...raghav...

R: hello Sammy...Sammy...you there...

He looked at the phone which was switched off..

R: damn it!

Sa:( to himself) damn...now what will I do...I have to tell it to Raghav...or if he will come to know about it later then you are done...he will eat you even without grilling...Goddd..

NEW DAY...NEW BEGINNING...

Raghav got up lil late as he had worked late night...his eyes were still closed...he took the photo frame that was kept on the side table and slowly opened his eyes..."where have you gone kalpi...I love you.." Saying so raghav placed the photo frame carefully at its place...he got up from his bed and went to get ready...Prem has called them to discuss over the project...

When Raghav came out of the washroom he checked his phone and saw that he has received a voice mail from Sammy..." Raghav plz listen...I wanted to tell you that...that..I...I have to go to Malaysia as business council have put up an immediate meeting...I have to go as presense of a responsible person is very important...and as u were not there so I have to go...I...I am sorry...I have flight in two hours so...I am sorry Raghav..( here...whatever the meeting thing is all coming out of my mind...I don't know anythinganything as such so...) "

"Sammy..." Raghav shouted..." what if...no...I hope no...not for a week..kalpi..." he couldn't complete his thoughts when his phone rang...he saw the name that flashed 'Prem Kapoor' . He picked up the call..." Yes Mr. Kapoor..." Raghav said..." Mr. Singhania I wanted to remind u of the meeting" prem said..." ya..ya...I remember...I will be there in few minutes..." Raghav said ..."ok" came the answer from prem...the call ended...

Here...in Mumbai...pakya was talking to kalpi on phone...

Py: haan kalpu...kaisi..hai...(how r u..kalpu)

K: fine dada...dada...I want your help..

Pa: anything kalpu...

Kalpi explained everything to him...he agreed to help...the call ends..

Raghav was in the office of KJ..." again..why this feeling is coming again and again" Raghav thought to himself while trying to shoo the feelings that was arising in his heart telling him that she is here...but mind at its own place was telling how can she be here..no chance at all...his chain of thoughts were broken when Prem called him..." Mr. Singhania...you're listening? " prem inquired..." yeah..." was all Raghav could utter...the meeting was over...but it was very late...Prem offered Raghav to have dinner with him at his house...to which Raghav agreed...

Both of went to Prem's house...both of them entered the house...Raghav looked around the house...he was quite impressed with the interior of the house..." well...Mr. Kapoor...you have a very beautiful house...I must say..." Raghav said still looking around..."Prem is my name...and I will be glad if u call me by my name...and yes my house is indeed beautiful as one of my friend has personally decorated it... ( he is talking about kalpi) Mr. Singhania ") Prem said with a smile..." So...give me the phone number of your.I will ask to do the interiors of my house as well...and I will pay double the amount...your friend is indeed a very good interior designer ..and you too can call me Raghav by the way..."

Pr: I think u r mistaken..she is not an interior designer...she just did it out of her pleasure.

Raghav was lil shocked on hearing this as everything was done so professionally or rather say so perfectly that he couldn't make out that it was done out of pleasure...say it about curtains...lights...everything was placed so perfectly...

The dinner go well...Raghav went back to his room at hotel...worked a bit on the presentation that is to be given to KJ...Kwhen he was still working he got a call from Sammy..." YES" raghav said angrily..

Sa: look raghav...I am really sorry...but attending this meeting was also very important...but don't worry...I have instructed all men to be near the chawl all the time ...we will not miss any chance...

R: ok...I just wish the same...Sammy...I wanted to tell u something...

Sa: yes..

R: vo...actually...Sammy..I have gone so many times to KJ office..and...and...I felt her presence...

Sa: what? But how's that possible...

R: yeah...but...

Sa: u can ask from Mr. Kapoor ( Of course Sammy know Prem..not personally but Raghav kept him upto date with the progress of the meeting...)

R: yeah...ok...bye...

Sa: bye take care...

R: you too take care...

The call ends...

Raghav couldn't understand what to do...why was he always feeling kalpi around...It was not only in the office but in prem's house as well but he couldn't voice it out...he was thinking all when his eyes fell on kalpi's photo kept on the side table...he picked up the photo..." kalpi...plz help me...where r u..r u somewhere here?" Raghav said looking on the photo frame...

Kalpi was in her room...engrossed in thoughts..." Raghav...why did you do this to me? What was my fault...falling in love with you...or...leaving my family for u...because of u I am away from my family...but kehte hain na jo hota hai acche ke liye hota hai ( everything happens for good) what u did to me has broken me completely...I am not able to trust anyone...but...in all this...I have come to know about my capabilities...that what can I do..." Kalpi thought to herself...

Raghav here started getting hiccups..." is dhe remembering me..." raghav smiled on this thought...he didn't drink water for the reason that he was being remembered by her. He doesn't want to stop it...

"Kalpi stop thinking about him...urrrggg" kalpi mentally cursed herself...here Raghav's hiccups also stopped..." Shoot...again the pain I gave over shadowed her love" Raghav said to himself with anger for himself...
