Hello guys...here I'm again with an update...Enjoy!
PART 6
Raghav was sitting in the big hall of his ever huge 'MANSION'...drinking the ninth glass of alcohol. His eyes were blood shot red due to the effect of alcohol...he was blabbering something to himself. Sammy, who was till now busy with some files came out of the study and saw Raghav drinking limitlessly sitting in a dark corner of the huge hall with some dim lights on that made Sammy realise that it was Raghav...
Sammy, out of concern reach him...Raghav was in very bad condition. He had already finished a bottle of alcohol and here he was trying to open another bottle with his trembling hand again...one of the effects of alcohol.
"Raghav stop it now...you already had enough of it." Sammy said taking away the new bottle of scotch that Raghav was trying to open.
"Sammy mere dost...tum kyon mujh jaise kadoos insaan sorry monster ke saath ho...(Sammy my friend...why are you with a human sorry monster like me...)why don't you go away like everyone had gone...like...she is going.." Raghav said while his heart pained and feared over what he had said just now.
"You know what Sammy...she was in that condition today coz of me...it was me who pestered her to this condition. She was on the verge of losing her leg all coz of me. You know Sammy she saved me from the chandeliers that day due to which she got hurt but then instead of giving her some rest I torchered her to this extent..." Raghav said and a drop of tear made its way down his cheeks while some other welled up in his black eyes.
"Raghav...you were not at all at fault here...do not blame yourself." Sammy said to console the weak Raghav whose shell seems to be cracked a lil due to the day's event.
"Sammy...it was all my fault...You know what...I was trying to keep her away from me for a reason so unknown to me and see...see I succeeded as usual but I don't know why I'm not feeling that happiness. I feel a huge void in my life when I see her with that friend of hers. I feel like killing him when he touches her. I don't know what is the reason of it but that fragile girl affects me a lot..." Raghav said while trying to put a smile on his face and failing in it really miserably.
"Raghav just go to sleep...you're not in your senses." Sammy said.
But Raghav was already asleep so Sammy just brought a blanket and put it on Raghav and left from there.
"He has fallen heads over heels for her but I know the egoistic Raghav in him who will not allow him to accept it and he will hurt himself even more..." Sammy said to himself while glancing back at sleeping Raghav.
New day comes with new hopes...realisation...but some days you need to create your own sunshine...
Raghav stirred a little on the couch holding his head that was aching terribly due to the hangover. It's not like Raghav never drinks...he is an occasional drinker and surprisingly with a huge capacity of bearing it but yesterday was way too much...
"Sammy..." Raghav called for his best friend cum cook at home so that he may make some black coffee for him...
On not getting any reply Raghav was about to call him again when he saw a glass of water with lemon in it under which there was a note that reads:
"Raghav, it's very late so I gotta go to the office due to some meeting that are lined up. I don't know when you'll get up so I'm leaving giving you a glass of water with lemon in it. Have it...you'll feel better. Sammy."
Raghav noticed the wall clock that struck 11:00 am...he gulped the entire glass of water in one go...got up from the couch ...went to have a shower and then he was all set to leave for the office.
After twenty-five minutes of drive including the time in the traffic Raghav reached his office. He went inside the huge building. He was having a very different feeling today but then he shrugged off those feelings things that the hangover is still there and it will be ok within no time.
He reached his floor and went straight to his cabin not without ignoring all the 'Good Morning Sir' from his employees and glancing once on the empty cubicle that belongs to a girl who can drive him crazy without his consent, knowledge and remembrance.
He went to his cabin...sat on his chair...engrossed himself in work so that he may avoid some feelings that were trying to trespass his massive wall that he had made years back so as to protect himself from this mean, selfish world.
Hours passed and his 'hangover' was not thinking of taking its leave. He was feeling very restless...he wanted to hold something...perhaps someone. He was still struggling with those thoughts when he heard a knock at his cabin's door.
"May I come in SIR." The person at the door said with a slight stress on the word 'Sir' .
Raghav's heart stopped beating for a fraction of second not ready to accept the fact that the ears of the body in which it was placed have brought the voice it craved to listen for so long.
Then assuming the work the heart has-of pumping blood, was back again with a vigorous speed. Raghav felt that his heart would come out at any moment. "May I come in Sir." The voice came again.
Then realisation struck him..."What the hell is she doing here?" Was all that he could think to himself when he heard again..."May I come in Sir?" This time the words reflected irritation and annoyance.
Here I give an end...think about every possible one who can be on the door...you'll get it I know...for rest of the answers stay tuned to THE ROAD NOT TAKEN...
