S: " bhaiya, stop there..", he said pointing at far where some camps visible..
Raghav's eyes looked at the place with guilt, sad, and hope..The boatman stopped the boat near the bank of the river.. Sammy stood up and walked up to the land.. He looked back and found raghav still sitting on the boat with a anxious face.. Sammy sighed and walked towards the boat..
S: " raghav..", he called gaining raghav's attention..
Sammy forwarded his hand to raghav..
S: " come on dude.. U can do it..", he said confidently..
Raghav gave a small smile and grabbed sammy's hand to come to the land.
Both of them walked towards the medical camp with their bags.. As soon as they neared the medical camp they found the whole place is really hectic or say busy... Doctors are walking here and there treating patients...
S: " man, they opened a mini hospital here..", he said with wide eyes..
Raghav didnt utter a single word.. His eyes were looking here and there to find the love of his heart.. But he didnt find her.. And suddenly,
S: " raghav.. Raghav.. Look there... Chudail..", he said excited..
Raghav closed his mouth with his one hand..
R: " shut up sammy.. Dont say chudail in front of her.. She will surely pack us and send us home..", he warned..
S: " kya yaar? Fine.. I will behave nice as much as i can.. Only till u get ur wife.."
R: " thank you.."
Then, both of them walked towards pakhi who was busy discussing something with the other doctor while seeing some reports..
S: " excuse me..", sammy called while raghav was standing at a distance..
Pakhi turned around and looked at him with a frown..
P: " yes, how can i help u?"
S: " im.. Sammy.."
P: " khon sammy?", she asked uninterested..
S(in mind): " chudail doesnt even know my name?"
S: " samar.. Samar raizada aka sammy.. Marriage.. Proposal..", he tried to remind her..
P: " oh.. Gad..(she bite her tongue).. Samar... I mean sammy.. I remember..", she said giving fake smile showing all her teeth..
P(in mind): " thank god i didnt see this gadha's photo.. He looks horrible in person.. And if i had seen his photo, i would have been getting nightmares.."
S(in mind): " this chudail looks uglier than she is in photo.. Yuck.."
P: " so, when r u going? ", she asked giving her fake smile..
S: " arrey, i just arrived and u r talking about leaving? Actually im going to stay here for few days with my friend.."
P: " friend?", she asked raising her eyebrows..
S: " haan, my friend.. Dude, come here..", sammy called raghav..
Pakhi looked behind sammy's shoulder and found raghav coming near them.. She was shocked..Her anger reaches its peak.. She gritted her teeth looking at him.. Raghav who was little nervous came and stood beside sammy..
P: " you?", she asked with a disgusting look on her face..
S: " do u know him?", he acted like he doesn't know anything..
P: " know him? This bloody scoundrel..", she started with full hatred..
Raghav bowed his head..
S: " oh hello.. He is my friend!!! Just because he did some mistakes in the past, it doesnt mean u can talk like that," he warned..
P: " just now u acted like u dont know anything GADHA!! Oh what a fool i am? U r his friend, so u too will be a jerk like him..", she said in anger..
S: " what the.. U called me gadha? U CHUDAIL i wont spare u.."
P: " oww.. How dare u call me chudail? Just get lost from here with ur friend gadha!!", saying so she stomped her foot and walked away..
R: " sammy what yaar? Why did u talk like that too her?", he asked in frustration..
S: " didnt u see? She called me gadha!!"
R: " pls yaar.. Come lets talk to her.."
S: " fine.."
Both of them went towards the pakhi who was sitting inside her canopy...
R: " pakhi..", he called softly..
P: " just get out from here raghav!!", she hissed in anger..
R: " pakhi.. Pls try to understand.. I want my wife back in my life... I..", before he could continue,
P: " she is not ur wife raghav.. She was ur wife.. After all, u divorced her..", she said giving him a sarcastic smile..
Raghav was so hurt by her words but composed himself.. Sammy was going to lash her but raghav hold his hand nodding in no..
R: " i want to meet her...", he asked in a broken voice..
P: " raghav, pls.. I beg u.. Pls don't interfere in her life.. Now only she is slowly getting over the pain u gave her.. She cant stand anymore pain.. She is peaceful in her life.. So, dont snatch her peace just like u snatched her happiness.. Pls go before she comes..", she pleaded him folding her hands..
S: " so, she is here.. Raghav ur kalpi is here..", he said grinning..
P: " oye gadha.. What if she is here? U two just get lost from here..", she warned..
S: " if both us are not going back.. What u will do chudail?", he asked challenging her..
P: " u!!", she said furiously..
R: " sammy stop it!! Pakhi, pls listen to me once.. "
P: " why should i listen to u? U r the only reason why my best friend is suffering!!!"
R: " pakhi just give a chance.. A last chance to explain myself.. Pls.. Then, u can decide what u want.. Pls..", he begged in the verge of crying..
Pakhi walked here and there thinking.. At last she sighed..
P: " fine!! Tell me what u wanna say.."

After an hour,
Raghav, sammy and pakhi were sitting there.. Raghav and sammy looked at pakhi who was in deep thinking.. Pakhi sighed heavily..
P: " fine.. I will help u..", she said..
Raghav's face bloomed in happiness..
R: " thank you.. Thank you so much pakhi.. U dont know how big ur help is for me.. Thank u so much..", he said happily..
P: " im not doing this for u!! Im doing this for kalpi.. I want her to be happy.. And haan, tell this gadha to act like he doesnt know about u and kalpi.. Ask him to act like he is actually here for me..", she said throwing a disgusting look at sammy..
S: " oh hello.. Chudail, im here for my friend as well not for u.. And moreover i can act only.. Im not going to marry a chudail like u.. U r not up to my standard.."
P: " standard my foot!!! What u think urself? Have u never seen ur face in the mirror?"
S: " u!! Chudail.."
R: " guys pls... If u two behave like this in front of kalpi, she surely will know our plan..so behave urself"
S: " tell that to this chudail.."
P: " tell that to this gadha.."
Both said in unison..
R: " guys pls.. At least try to act lovey dovey in front of kalpi.."
P: " fine..", while sammy nodded stiffly as well..
R: " where is kalpi?"
P: " she is actually on a discussion with our dr prem khanna.. Will be here soon.."
The trio walked outside the canopy.. Raghav was looking here and there in anxiety whereas pakhi and sammy were throwing angry glares at each other...

Half an hour passed..
Raghav was looking at the children playing there with a small smile on his face..Suddenly, the sky thundered and the air started blowing heavily.. The sky becomes dark indicating that its going to rain.. And slowly small droplets of water dropped from the sky.. Ppl at the surrounding ran towards the camps for shelter..
S: " dude, its gonna rain heavily.. Lets go into the shelter..", raghav nodded and was about to follow sammy and pakhi..
When he turned to go, his eyes fall on someone.. It was her... His wife.. His love.. His life.. His kalpi..

He stood rooted at his place... He is seeing her after a long year.. He is seeing his love after such a long time.. Sammy and pakhi frowned as to why raghav is not following them.. When they followed his gaze, they found kalpi..

The rain started pouring drenching them.. She asked the kids to go inside the camp.. She laughed slightly looking at the naughty kids running to prevent themselves from getting drenched.. His heart was not in his control... Her laughter echoed in his soul.. And his heart said, " In rain, I hear your laughter"

Kalpi looked away from the kids and resumed walking... Thats when she..Thats when she saw him.. It was him.. The same person who she never wanted to see in her life.. The person she love and hate at the same time..

Their eyes meet each other for the first time after a year.. A year since they separated.. A year since he broke her heart.. Tears made way from their eyes.. Kalpi dropped her white coat and stethoscope on the wet ground.. Her hand clutched the shirt near her chest... She felt her body trembling.. On the other hand, raghav felt like wanna run to her, hug her tightly and shower her with kisses..

He raised his hand like wanna feel her.. Wanna touch her forgetting she is standing in an untouchable distance.. Her heart thundered at his action.. He took two slow steps towards her... She let out a deep breath... As he took more steps towards her, she felt suffocating.. She took steps backwards shaking her head in no... Fear and hatred visible in her face.. Raghav's heart wrenched seeing his love trying to distance herself from him.. After all he deserves that..

" kalpi..", he called out her name.. Kalpi panicked and she felt like dying.. She turned around and ran away from there with tears flowing from her beautiful eyes which he used to love..(and he still loves them unknown to her).. Raghav stood there as his eyes looking at his love's retreating form.. He dropped on his knees.. He pulled his hair in frustration and cried bitterly blaming himself and his fate for his pain..
Sammy rushed towards raghav and kneeled down in front of him while pakhi came there to stand near him..
S:" raghav..", he said placing his hand on raghav's shoulder..
Raghav looked up at sammy and within a fraction of seconds he hugged him tightly and cried... Sammy looked at pakhi who was also concerned and then back at raghav..
S: " everything will be okay dude..", he said patting his back...
While inside the camp,
Kalpi was alone and she cried bitterly..
K(self talk): " why did u come? Why did u come now? U were not there when i needed u... Then, why did u come now?"
She was crying here while sammy and pakhi were there with raghav who was dying out of guilt and hate for himself..
Prem passed by the camp.. He found kalpi sobbing there silently.. He panicked seeing her crying.. So, he rushed towards her and sat beside her..She was sitting there sobbing covering her face in her palms..
Pr: " kalpi..", he called..
Kalpi removed her hands from her face and looked at prem who was very concerned about her.. Prem could see her bloodshot eyes puffy due to cries..
Pr: " are u okay?", he asked placing his hand on her shoulder..
Kalpi hugged him tightly and cried bitterly.. At first, prem was shocked as this is the first time she is hugging him.. But he very well knew that she is hugging him out of despair not because of love.. But, still he was happy that she choose his shoulder to cry out her pain.. He ensured her by hugging her back..
Pr: " what happened kalpi? Why are u crying?"
Kalpi hold the front of his shirt tightly and cried more...
Pr: " its.. Its ok.. No need to tell me.. Its ok.."
As time pass, her sobbing decreased and he felt her calming down...
At the same time, pakhi came to the camp to meet kalpi with sammy and raghav.. When they were there, they saw prem and kalpi hugging each other.. The trio knew that she is weak and thats y she is hugging prem.. But still, raghav heart pained to see his love in another man's arms.. He was feeling so helpless that his love didn't choose his shoulder to cry out her pain... What an irony.. Who will choose to cry holding the shoulder of the same person who gave her the pain...
Prem saw the trio standing there.. He gave pakhi 'i dont know what happened to her' kinda look.. Pakhi blinked her eyes saying everything is fine.. Pakhi came near kalpi..
P: " kalpi..", kalpi looked up at pakhi and her eyes fell on sammy and especially raghav who were standing there as well..
She released herself from prem's embrace and wiped her tears away from her cheeks..
