After about an hour , the doors to Professor Mathur's cabin flung open as ragna walked out. Paakhi had literally pounced on kalpi to enquire about what had happened exactly.Bombarding a range of questions continued for quite some time before Paakhi realized that she was the only one who was speaking as she pauses ... That's when
K : Paakhi , wud u go to the canteen & order me a cup of coffee ?
P : But Kal...
K : NOW !!
She had growled under her breath as Paakhi fled away from there. She very well knew what was going to happen next ,that's what always happens when she sends her away in the pretext of some work. It was like parents busying their children when there are those a-rated scenes flashed on TV . Once Paakhi had walked away & disappeared behind the wall that led her to the canteen , Kalpana without wasting a single moment had her hands grasping raghav's throat as she shoved him against d nearby wall. The thud echoed in the silence of the corridor as her fingers crunched tight onto his neck , just enough to allow him to breath with an uncertain ease.
K : This is all because of you ! Only & only because of YOU ...
Raghav was about to question as to what had he done when his deep hazel eyes met her royal black ones. He wondered what he was seeing was true or was he just hallucinating (the kind of record raghav baba had in the real show 😛😛) something. There was anger in her eyes undoubtedly , but that wasn't the only emotion that dominated. Instead there was an uneasy restlessness in those intense oculars. Why ??
K : Do you have any idea what have u done ?
All the questions related to her eyes vanished in a jiffy as he noticed a gradual increase in kalpana's voice as also the tightening of her hold on his neck. Now that was too much ...who gave her the right to yell at him & blame him. Wo bhi toh Sher tha ..wo kyu sab chup chaap sahe ? Pushing away her hand , massaging & rotating his neck to release the pain he glared back at her. Darta hoga college usse , but he wasn't someone to give in so easily as Sammy 's instruction list swirled through his memory
Rule numero uno -: Keep calm , don't get into stupid fights & Enjoy college life.
Rule numero dos -: Flirt with all girls ...even teachers if u want , except the college's most desirable girl-Paakhi Kapoor ! She's mine !!
& Rule numero tres -: Stay miles & miles away from Paakhi's watch-bitch Kalpana Jadhav. The only girl...err correction - 'at least seems to be a girl from the exterior' who is feared in the entire college. Nobody messes with her , even you don't !
Switching back to reality raghav had that slight laugh at the parody moment. First day at college & he had actually violated every single rule in Sammy's so-called list except the flirting one. Flirting was never his tyoe so that was already out of question
...but the remaining 2 !! Man he had literally been like 'sote hue Sher ke saamne jaakar usko bhaaww karke uthana ' the entire day. 😛 But now since he had gotten himself in such a situation he had to deal with it
R : What did I do ? You were the one who had to display it foolishness by competing with the circuit i had made ..
K : What did u do ? What did u do ... Abhi batati hu ! ( reaching to grab his collar only to be stopped by raghav as he grasped her fists again in self defence) Why did u have to speak in between when I was handling the conversation with Mathur ? Do u know coz of ur stupid 'OK sir - We wud definitely get our respective fathers tomorrow ' u have landed me in such a big trouble ?
R : (leaving her hands) O hello partner ... It's not just ur father who has been called , he's called my dad too !! If he's out of town or something then get ur mom ..
Throwing her hands in the air with exasperation & then running one of them through her hair , her face clearly flashing the confusion within she continues
K : Dude... u arent understanding ! I can't get baba because ...
She stopped mid-sentence as her eyes widened . O holy lord of the rings , what was she talking & why was she even telling all of it to a stranger ! Highly Surprised & shocked at her almost-outburst ..
R : Becau...
Before raghav could even complete that because ...he saw KALPANA leaving the place hastily. 3 hours & he had seeen more than 50 moods of his partner already ..
What lies after that because ? Why had it made Kalpana all restless ?

Fastening my pace a bit so that this story can be ended in the next 2 weeks as shots & million miles require my undivided attention with their respective stories being much better than what paper hearts can serve u. Also I've removed turning tables (story seemed to be better if it were made into a thriller than a love story ) & the unnamed story I had posted few days ago as the plot was seriously fidgeting with my ultra-feminist principles. So that's why I came up with paper hearts , hope u'll are liking it !
