Vidya, forgive me for much delayed comment. I have been unable to be much active on IF, mostly I am a silent reader. I was so-so glad when I had seen your post about starting a new FF. 😃 So, this story is partly inspired from Game of Thrones; I have heard a lot about that show and once I had tried watching it too. But as I haven't' seen it from starting, couldn't understand much.
Coming to this FF, this is the best and one of the most addictive stories in IF these days. 😃 I check IF everyday to see if you have posted a new chapter. 😳
So Kalpana has the blood of warriors/noble blood. At present she doesn't remember her powers, but I gather as the story progresses she'll need to use those powers? Loving Raghav of this story. perfect husband and so caring. Prem is creepy and scary, hope because of him no trouble brews between Ragna. Raghav and Prem are friends, how will Kalpi tell Raghav about Prem, in such circumstances?
The way you showed slow realisation, awareness in Kalpana about Raghav's warmth and care; his nobility is awesome. Their slowly growing bond, attachment and love is so cute to read and I look forward to read about it more and more. Kalpana has come to admire, respect and care for her Lord Husband. So much so that she is now comfortable with Raghav's touch and even touches his face, him when she feels so. The practise scene was awesome when Raghav realises with Kalpana's gasp that she is standing in the balcony; and then when Kalpi admits that she cannot see Raghav hurt. 😳 😃 Also, I suppose the special North trees will surely be having more role in future track(s).
The latest eighth chapter is my favourite, I was so looking forward to read about the moment when Raghav's eyes are free of bandages and he sees his beautiful wife for the first time. The whole scene was awesome, and once Raghav had one look at his gorgeous wife, he was completely bewitched by her. 😃 He couldn't resist but kiss her and even she gave in. Beautiful double kiss.
Loved RagNa moments a lot and now looking forward to read how they consummate their marriage. One question, this is for my imagination purpose. Have you changed Raghav's eye colour in this FF? I have pictured them more on black side, I was trying to imagine how would he look in grey eyes. 😃
