This show is somewhat similar to the crime and cops related shows as you have rightly said. Though the Indian version is more children friendly and a bit funny though...but it has been on tv and running for the past 17 years. So its like many of us have seen this show in our teens! or for some when they were children.

And yes though I go crazy when I see a hunk in uniform, the guys in this show are not wearing any! oops I mean uniform they do wear normal civil clothes😆

So I can completely relate if you do not get any particular joke but you can read it as the characters of this story! And I am sure you will love them as I have preferred to keep their characters real to the show!

Well I know one Tony (Tony Danza) a hunk from the Who's the boss fame!!!!! Now an oldie but my my I used love him! And my such an amazing shw! Miss shows like that nowadays... I used to watch it when I was a kid!

Life was such a bliss then, Diffrnt Strokes, Doogie Howser MD, Wonder Years, Whos the boss, I dream of Jeanie, Beverly hills 90210, Silver Spoons, Housefull, Friends!!!!

Wow and now I am tortured to hell with horrible hindi shows! Wonder why I am not watching any of the US sitcoms any longer!!?? other than Grey's anatomy!!! I hardly watch anything these days!
