a question to u ...

i want to build a classy character of raghav's like richie rich. but when i write aby the emerging emotions within him i begin to question myself whether his level will be maintained or not. i dont want ppl to think hes cheeky. so my Q ... does raghav look like a cheeeky kindda person in this ss or its fine the way its goin ??

To answer your first question, no I don't find him cheeky from any angle. He's every bit the sauve, smart and sharp businessman that he used to be. It's true that he's not exactly like Richie Rich Raghav. But RR is the way he is because he was alone through out his life. He doesn't allow anyone to be close to him. That has moulded his personality in such a way. But here Raghav is living in a happy family. He has mother and his sister who loves him and he adores them. So its more easy for him to fall in love with Kalpana. He doesn't carry any emotional baggage of his past. It's Kalpana's simplicity and her sweet nature that made him like her. Falling in love with someone doesn't make any guy cheeky. I think this Raghav is a husband any wife would be lucky to have. Just think how he supported her at that party. I think that answers your second question as well. It's absolutely fine the way it's going. Hope I was able to help you 😛

Part 7

Raghav unlocked the door & entered in. He saw Kalpana standing near the door. & the moment he came in he felt kalpi's hand clutching onto his shoulder as she twirled him with joy. Raghav's gentlemanly behavior on the dinner night had made her less awkward to touch him . & after their fake jhagda had decreased the gap even more. She said to him smilingly

K : Our plan worked Raghav...our plan worked ! I exaggerated them how u ignore me & have no time for me. Even they believed how its a torcher for us staying with each other etc. etc. (pause) I even told them that the dinner & those party pichhas were all fake. And what they saw today is the truth & it was only then that our respective aais & Paakhi were convinced.

But Raghav was caring a damn of their plan & its success. Why wud he when he was seeing a live picture of his dream of Kalpana welcoming him on coming home with a smile . Perhaps god was too meherbaan on him as this was the third time it was happening so . He could see her face beaming with joy as she spoke. Though his own thoughts weren't allowing him to pay attention to what she was saying, his eyes were not ready to leave the sight of her face. He came back to his senses when he felt the loss of Kalpana's touch. She walked to the kitchen questioning him

K : So Mr. Singhaniya ...let me treat u for the success of our fake jhagda. Tell me what u want , & I shall make it for u.

R : (teasingly as he followed her to the kitchen) u noe na ... That u aren't my real wife ??

K : (opening the refrigerator) Ofcourse I do, but I'm too happy now as I saw the divorce plan working & our divorce working soon. Then we can finally get rid of each other.

Raghav felt an unknown sadness in his heart as she said that. His gloomy face after listening to his fake wife was missed by her as she was searching for something in the fridge thus not being able to see Raghav's expression. He quickly masked that up

R : Yeah ofcourse ... Just 3 more months to go. Anyways let's not speak about it now. What's today's menu Mrs. Kalpana Raghav Singhaniya ?

K : (keeping the vegetables on the kitchen counter) Correction Singhaniya... Ms. Kalpana Vitthal jadhav. Aaj ka menu is what u say. Though for a moment, u were confused but ok. Alls well if the ends well!

R : Hmmm ...let's have Italian food today !!

K : Italian ?? Idk to cook continental food. I know how it tastes but I havent ever cooked it.

R : (nearing her face & taking the vegetables from her hands) Why do u worry when I'm here ??

She looked at him with amusement as she saw him cutting the vegetables with great perfection.

K : U noe to cook ?? & that to so well ??

R : (while cutting the veggies) Yeah ... I was staying with Sammy for the last 10 years setting my business in USA. It has only been 3-4 years that I'm in India spreading my dad's business. So for 10 years when paakhi & mom were not with me I had to cook for myself as Sammy is a horribly bad cook.

She chuckled when he said that.

K : Sammy's a great person to be with. He's funny, friendly, cute, sma...

Raghav was glaring at her as she stood leaning against the kitchen complimenting his best friend. Though she was speaking causally, Raghav was feeling jealous. Finally he interrupted

R : Did I tell u abt Sammy soon getting married ?

Sadly Kalpana didn't get the catch in it as she continued

K : I know abt it ... & Maya's a beautiful girl from the inside & the outside. They form an awesome couple.

R : Kk ...enuf of Sammy talks. I won't mind u being my assistant chef.

K : Can I ? I mean ... U won't mind ?? As it would violate our deal !!

R : Naa .. Not at all. After all we are friends ...aren't we ?? (forwarding his hand)

She looked back at him with surprise but then bringing a small smile on her face

K : (returning the handshake)Yes we are !!

She now stood beside Raghav following his petty orders like handing over the oil etc. Sometime later, she opened the lid to one of the vessels

K : (smelling it) Hmmm...its lovely !! But a bit more salt is required

R : How do u know , u havent even tasted it? I...

The moment he had opened his mouth to say that 'I' he felt a spoonful of pasta being stuffed into his mouth. After munching it he grasped the salt bottle which lay nearby

R : (putting some salt in the pasta) How did u know of the pasta being deficient of salt.

K : I said Idk to cook Italian food...but in general I know to cook it. Dancing & cooking are the two things which I enjoy a lot.

R : u might be joking !! Coz these 2 are my favs as well .

K : Really ??

& the couple finally found a mutual topic, a topic on which they cud speak for hours. That was 'food'. Raghav was more than happy when he saw an ever-reserved Kalpana opening up while speaking about food. Sometime later

K : Is the food ready Raghav, I'm starving !!

R : Yes wifey ...it is !

The couple enjoyed their first dinner together which was not fake. One common factor between them opened many doors to each other's lives as they kept speaking. That's when they realised how similar & how different they were.

Kk ...I've to stop here.Next part Sammy's re-entry. Will he be able to find about Raghav's fake marriage ? Will Kalpana know the budding feelings within Raghav ?? So many many questions whose answers lie solely in the next update. Tune in for the next 1 when Raghav finally realises his feelings for his fake wife.
