EMA is one of the shows where the off-screen politics is very clearly visible on-screen. It is really sad that a talented person is asked to leave the show for no fault of hers.If the CV's did not want her for whatever reasons, they could easily have planned a graceful exit for her. They could have shown a leap of 20 years and Asha could have entered this show as Kalpi's daughter.
Ashish's contract will also get over very soon. What will happen then? First they showed us Raghav & Kalpana romance enacted by Ashish & Rachna. Now they will show us Raghav & Kalpana romance (Ashish & Asha), and after Ashish's departure they will show Raghav & Kalpana romance (??? with Asha). Is this what EMA is all about?
I must say, the smartest of the lot is Kamla. She always favored Pakhi over Kalpi (both off-screen & on-screen). I guess it is only after she got to know that Rachna is being asked to leave the show that she must have requested for a change in her affection towards Kalpi. That is why in the last few episodes she has been seen supporting Kalpi. This way Rachna's fan will not bash her and Asha's fans will also support her because she loves the character Kalpi.
All this is nothing but dirty politics to keep the show on air but leaves a bad taste in ones mouth.
