The soft encaptivating gaze of his dark brown eyes held her black ones in a tight string of attraction out of which Kalpi just failed to pull out herself..."What happened to your hand??", Raghav said on seeing the slightly deep and red line on Kalpi's palm.. "Did you get a cut?? (Staring at her with a frown) and you didn't even bother to bandage it??", nodding his head slightly he held her hand carefully and took her inside his cabin..

After making her sit comfartably on the couch he walked over to the shelf to get the first aid box while Kalpi kept protesting ," Sir its fine... its not a big cut.. plus the wound has dried now..".. " Kalpana .. (while walking towards her with the first aid box) don't you know keeping your wounds open may lead to infection.. (sternly) now give me your hand.. I'll bandage it..".."Sir but..", her words fell on deaf ears as Raghav started removing cotton and antiseptic bottle from the box bending down in front of her..

"While caring also he has to boss around", Kalpi thought with an annoyed look which in seconds softened as she observed Raghav carefully applying the antiseptic on the cut... it burnt a little making Kalpi wince a bit but the cool air that left Raghav's lips soothed the pain.. Finally completing the dressing he got up and so did Kalpi..

He walked back to the shelf to keep the first-aid box back in its place ... "With him here god knows how am I gonna go and check the decorations..", Kalpi thought nervously...,"How did you get hurt??", Raghav's voice came as he walked towards her.. Kalpi swept back to yeaterday night's events when after returning back to her apartment she vented out her anger on the objects therein hurting herself in the process...

"Kalpana ??", Raghav said as he snapped his fingers in front of her eyes.. "Umm ya..", Kalpi blurted after coming out of her trance.. "How did you get that cut??", Raghav asked again with the same concern.. "Oh.. mm.. actualyy I was picking broken glass pieces at home and that's when..", she replied..

"Be careful next time..", he said and walked towards the door.. then turning around he said," Now why are you standing there .. don't you wanna come home..mom would be waiting for us..", Kalpi nodded her head and walked with him outside to the elevator ..

"It feels so good.. going home together like this.. wow things have changed so first.. first I never said sorry or please and she made me say that not once but twice..wow.. ".. his mind was just about to come and bug him but his heart immediately said," I said I won't tell her but I'm still allowed to enjoy her presence...", smiling at his weird fight with himself he continued walking

They waited for elevator to come up .. Kalpi nervously kept looking here and there thinking of ways to escape but not getting any sensible possible idea but her unsaid rayers were answered as Raghav received Sammy's call.. "What ??? today !!! Damn.. how the hell could I forget.. ..Sam stop taunting me I very much care about work... Ya I'm going for the video conference.. thanks for reminding me.."

Keeping his phone back in his pocket Raghav said," Kalpana I have an important conference call to make.. sorry but its really very important.. don't worry the driver will take you home..".. The buzzer beeped indicating elevator's arrival and Kalpi went inside bidding Raghav good bye... Thanking god that he busied Raghav she went towards his car.. the driver knew Kalpi so according to her instructions he first dropped her at party venue and then Raghav's house..

Everything was done just like it was planned and now it was time to wait for tomorrow...
