Random musings and a vent

I watched an episode online today and cannot believe what the cvs have done to our beloved characters and show. They've destroyed their own hard work - self sabotage. No character is really recognizable. They are if anything a shell of what they used to be. I have no respect for kamla or raghav. Mothers are shown to be self serving instead of caring ... Or rather self serving in the name of caring. They aren't giving their daughters food advice - whether pakhi or kalpi, in fact I was appalled that cvs had kamla make kalpi serve raghav and pakhi. What horrible rubbish is that?

They're making a university topper open a restaurant and the other one play dress up all day. Their brilliant and ruthless business man has become a puppet. His mother cares less about him and all about her revenge. And quite frankly WHAT REVENGE? It would have been more interesting to see something happen through business dealings than this stupid marriage.

Viewers have generally lost respect for the show and the story, it's just so sad.

I wish better for aashish who generally looks bored and tired these days. Playing raghav must be challenging with this pathetic characterization. Watching him fall into mindless oblivion has been torturous.

If the cvs can't get decent writers, read a mills and boon and get some idea! But do something ... The 7 pm times lot will soon be one. Otherwise!
