Why do we hate Kamala so much?

Let us for a moment keep Kamala, Kalpi and Raghav aside...let not our feelings colour our opinions

Let us then look at the current track without visualising the characters.

We have a mother who has not warmed up to the fact that her daughter is waiting for a married man. The person has promised her he will be back in a year, but this is the same person who left her stranded at the altar. She motivates her daughter to close that chapter, move on in life with only the vision of a future that does not involve the guy.

Ideally speaking, it is very reasonable advise and what is expected of a mother. We should be able to connect with the mother and laud her for encouraging her daughter

So why then are we not supportive of Kamala? Is it our blind love for Ragna or our hatred for Kamala that triggers this reaction.? I think it is a mixture of the two, but more the latter. This is my two cents on it

Kamals actions as far as Kalpi is concerned, have always been laced with selfishness. It has been either for her ambitions to be achieved or her love for Poo that have made her act so. All her acts of love for Kalpi have always been subtly influenced by her relation for Poo and her inordinate love for her. But is it really love she feels for Poo? Or is it a feeling of satisfaction and pride that a daughter has chosen to cast aside her mother and place more value on her nanny? Is that why she coninues to give Poo importance? Is that love also not a selfless one ?

The happiness she displayed on her face when Kalpi agrees to her suggestion should have made me feel it is a mothers genuine joy. But sadly, the first thought that came to my mind was, " god, look at that jerk...she is happy so that now she can push Raghav to her Poo.

So kalpi, you might be coloured by your love for your mom and accept her ignorance of you and her lack of lve as acts to make you iiistrong...but I am outside and can see clearly...there is no truth in any of those...it is just falsehoods to cover her preference for POo. So exert your brains...sadly you are the only ne in the show who seems to have it, and run as far away from her as possible, else you will have her breathing down your neck 24x7 . That ,my girl, will be to your detriment.

kamla is never actually truely of kalpi

all she wants from kalpi is make my dream come true kalpi

and now she wants her to move on coz she wants raghav for paaki

her intent behind helping kalpi is due to aforesaid reason...bass !

if somebody really loves kalpi is her father vithal and raghav.

raghav is majboor coz of his mom still he will never leave kalpi and will never make her do anything for his own selfish reasons...thats what is called love and these days raghav is showing that he truely loves kalpi

Spot on!! I had also made a similar topic recently stating that it is our hatred for Kammu n Khi characters that is making us so vocal in our demand for RAGNA!! Kammu has always been made to feel important cos she was the breadwinner of the family for a number of years!! also her self proclaimed dedication to work has actually blinded her towards the consequences of the actions!! Vitthal although he has expressed his anger multiple times..when he sees Kammu crying, he gives in!!
Kammu differentiates between the two girls saying Kalpi is isstrong and Poo is weak!! hence more of her attention towards Poo...but on the contrary she claims that she views both of them equally!! Kammu advises Kalpi to go ahead in life but little does she realise that she herself is hindering her daughter's life!! In Kalpi's life, most of the hardships she has had to face is because of Kammu!!

Hey Kamal is only encouraging her because she wants Paaki for raghav and she is using this so called motivation to Kalpi so she can get away with her support to Paaki!! She doesn't really care for Kalpi! She never did! She is only concerned about her dreams and her love for Paaki! And for Paaki not to realize its ragna she has to guide Kalpi away from raghav! Just so she wouldn't get caught by Paaki!! And for Paaki to realize the true Kamla!!

I ve been thinking myself as to why we blindly disagree with anything dumbla does

My fingers can't let me type her name right !!! That's how bad it is

Apart from the fact that I absolutely cannot stand the casts offscreen antics including dumbla s somewhere the actor / cv s / acting advisors have got her act totally wrong

If the above three are looking for fans to understand dumbla s point of view they should have taken a balanced approach - the difference in her attitude towards her so called "two daughters" is all too obvious for anyone to see

Poo falls in love - I will support you

Kalpi does - it is lafdaa

Poo wants ragz - it's her birth right

Kalpi falls in love - she is too young and needs to achieve her dreams

Poo cries - she's upset

Kalpi cries -it's ok it ll make her strong

It's the pattern - th character is made for audience to hate - no one can change it - the actors harsh looks , tone and attitude just hasn't helped !!!

I really dont find Kamla wrong!! She is angry with Raghav for spoiling both her daughter's life! He was the one who told her flat on her face when she proposed Paakhi for him that no matter RagNa happened or didnot happen he would never marry pooki!

But what did he do? Eventually he insulted them leaving them all at the mandap and marry pooki! In a way she is going against her own bhaashan of not taking revenge!

She is so full of hatred towards Raghav for breaking kalpi's heart and taking advantage of pooki's innocence that she wants him to suffer with pooki! Remember she tells Kalpi that by the time he realises his mistake he will know what jewel he has lost for his stupid revenge.

Now he commits another mistake of putting sindoor on Kalpi when he is already someone's husband legally! Which mother will tolerate that! If I would have been in Kamla's place I would have chopped his hands! HE did not give her daughter the respect he should have given in front of the world and now he claims her to be his wife in the darkness of the night in a lonely mandir!

Kamla surely does not understand this kind of love. For in love you first learn to respect your partner but by doing this he actually ended up increasing the complications for Kalpi who would have otherwise moved ahead in her life forgetting him.

The sindoor now has become shackles to her journey towards sucess!

I know the love and bonding between RagNa but I am just sharing a mother's viewpoint! And here Kamla was very right! Raghav comes and asks her hand for marriage and then according to his convenience leaves her alone on her marriage day and then now again comes back to her and fills sindoor on her forehead and asks her to wait for a year!! Why should Kamla's daughter be used as a commodity! Isn't this a big blow to her self respect that her daughter is being used by Raghav.

Vittla had taken so much pains and struggled to give Kalpi everything that was beyond their capabilities and it is not wrong on their part to nurture a dream for her!

She knows Kalpi still loves Raghav but where is it going to lead to! More than Pooki I think Kamla has her own insecurities that what after one year Raghav does not live up to his words? This time Kalpi will break into million pieces!

The problem here in Kamla's characterisation is the way CV's protray her. All her conversations are poocentric and ends with poo that sounds as if she is more concerned for poo than her own daughter which is certainly not the case.

I dunno ehy they are making so much fuss about the feeding milk thing because I am a mother and I have nursed two other babies too along with my daughter but I dont leave my child and run towards them all the time! Its true I love them too! And I feel a special feeling towards them maybe because I had nursed them. One was my friends daughter and another was my bro-in-law's daughter.

The girls are all attached to me but if any of them ends up hurting my child my motherly instincts surface and I do not support them!

These cv's have just exaggerated the feeding milk thing way beyond necessary! For any mother her child is a priority.

I would have accepted this behavior of Kamla if Paakhi did not have a mother but she has and hence Kamla need not interfere too much into Paakhi's life!
