I was watching the old episode of EMA when Raghav gave job to Kalpi and Pakhi and they came for the first day.
He gave Kalpi an assistant supervisor post and Pakhi that of supervisor. I do not think there was anything wrong in that.
1) he did not give Kalpi the job of a front desk person, or a peon, or in the cafeteria - he gave an office job.
2) Also at that time situation was that kalpi had supposedly failed and Pakhi topped. He gave the job to her at the request of kamla. So it made sense.
He gave her a chance to prove herself. He had once said to her do you want help or a chance?
I think he showed respect to Kalpi by giving her a chance and not just charity.
Seeing that episode again makes more sense to me now
