Somebody Please explain to me..what does "RagNa are safe" mean?

A. Safe as in safe in their respective places?

B. safe they are not getting killed by xyz?

C. Safe as in there are hopes in future for RagNa?

Today, really I have gone mad.. Comment away..

the mrg is still not shown in flashbacks wat if raghav made fool of pakhi(who she already is😆) he made her sign some other papers thats the only way RagNa can b safe
