Not Disappointed with Raghav

I am certainly not disappointed with Raghav or Vitthal.

I agree with u in each n every context but my gr8est disappointment wud alwayz b kamla

Absolutely 100 % Kamla is the biggest disappointment. I cannot even view her as the main character of this show.

I also felt that Kamla not only insulted her daughter in front of outsiders, she also insulted raghav.

Raghav - kudos to him for standing up and saying that he will never marry Pakhi. That is what needed to be said to the confused soul Kamla who thinks that "aapki beti" meant Pakhi at the party.

Raghav is right that when he was talking about aapki beti he was talking about Kalpi and Kamla should have mentioned Pakhi.

- I also applaud him for keeping a dignified calm. What should he have done? yelled at Kamla, threatened her or slapped her for slapping her daughter in front of chawl people and enhance all the tamashe that Kamla herself created.

- In addition he very respectfully tried to make her understand his and Kalpi's love. If he was disrespectful to her, I am sure Kalpana would have started giving him a lecture.

I have a cousin who fell in love and her father just refused. The boy calmly for 6 months tried to convince her father and my cousin gave him that chance. She refused to meet anyone else. Eventually with respect the boy convinced my uncle and they are married now.

- Raghav handled the situation perfectly and I am proud of one man in the TV serials who had the guts to say that he will not marry the other girl no matter what

Vitthal - he did try to convince Kamla and brought forward all good points. However, he should not have said that the decision will be Kamla's in the end. He should have stuck to his stand.

Kamla - The biggest disappointment is of course Kamla. She got the idea in her head from Pakhi that sammy is the boy. Then she seeded that in Vitthal's mind that she thinks it is sammy. Even when Raghav clearly said "aapki Beti" , I cannot understand how she could not know that he is talking

about Kalpi

- In addition what right Kamla has to talk about Pakhi's wedding to any boy. She should have told Pakhi that this is the right of her Parents first.

- By slapping her daughter in front of everyone she just gave further evidence of her being illiterate and no regards for her daughter's dignity.

Kalpi - I wish I had seen more shock from her when her own mother takes Pakhi's side and thought that aapki beti meant pakhi. Also her reaction was the biggest disappointment for me. If she truly says that she will not marry raghav without her mother's consent I will feel sorry for him. He has always told her how alone he is and that she is the only person in his life. He has also told her that he hopes she will never leave him.

Pakhi - Last but not the least Pakhi. Raghav took her out for dinner only one night and that too left her in the middle. When she professed her love at the party, he did not reply to her. The next day when he tried to talk to her twice, she stopped him from saying anything. So very natural that he felt that she is embarrassed about what she said and left the topic alone.

Since then he has never spent time with her or seeked her out secretly or showed any interest in her. I cannot fathom how any girl can think that he loves her.

- I will consider this the biggest disappointment for me in pakhi.

That is just my rant for today. If Raghva is in any debt for kamla to help him get away from kapoors, he has done several acts which has only benefitted Kalpana's family. They are even there. Kamla taking care of Gauri is a fact but so is also that because of kamla's stupid trust in neetu, raghav's mother is also suffering a lot.

Your last para scares me if gauri comes in front of ragz kamla will emo blk mail ragz for taking care of his mom

A good post. Agree with ur points. Raghav n Vittal both rocked.A surprised look of Raghav when kamala said merit beti which meant Paakhi was good. Any person in normal sense would not assume meri bet I means Paakhi.

I agree with all ur points except 4 kalpi. Mine was lm and my parents to didnt accept at 1st coz 1st i was too young and 2nd intercaste thouh our ststuses were similar. My mom was not like dumbla of course but I had said the same to my hubby (then bf) I ll mary only if my parents accept, which they did aftr he convinced them. Plus kalpi did voice saying what did c do wrong after kamla slapped her and said how cn c luv rags when pakhi loves him.
