"And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music." - Friedrich Nietzsche
Hello There Everyone! Today, I present you with a inside look on the RagNa dance that has been dissected right and left by loads of forum members. I actually wasn't planning on making any posts on this because there were so many already and I thought that people were already so sick of hearing about this dance by now. But then I saw so much apprehension in the forum so thought to make this post anyways lol. I hope you guys don't get bored by the end of this post. So folks, I present you with:

The First Official RagNa Dance

*Drum Rolls*

Alright so can we just start with the overall look of the dance first? I love the distinction that the CVs made between the two dances. RaKhi/SaNa dance was so professional. It had a sense of boundary to it. They were both keeping their distance. Their dance was missing intimacy of any sorts. They could at best be acquaintances from the feel of the dance. However, the atmosphere completely changed as RagNa came in the picture. Everything slowed down and blurred for them. The atmosphere completely changed and warmed up. They came close, and everyone noticed. It wasn't just PaKhi but EVERYONE noticed their chemistry. It wasn't just the level of closeness, but the level of intimacy that they seemed to be oozing and enjoying at the same time. People thought that they were crazy for doing that, because they realized how close they seemed. They would've definitely acknowledged them as a couple crazy in love if it weren't for the illogical misunderstanding. This distinction, despite every misunderstanding was the first thing I noticed.

You know what I think folks? I think that our CVs are trying to make a statement here. I think they are saying that no matter if the world think RaKhi are together, they can still see more going on between RagNa. What does this say? It says that no matter what, they are meant to be. Despite the ups and downs, they will find a way towards each other.

Alright, now let's move forward and look a little deeper in the dance.

As soon as the dance starts, our Raghav baba gently pulls her closer to him because he just couldn't help miss her presence when she wasn't around. And Kalpi? She doesn't seem to even take notice of that because she's just so lost in him now. To others, they are dancing. To each other, they are baring themselves for the other person to see. They are talking with their eyes. They are talking with their gestures. They are completely lost.

I loved how he slowly cupped her face in his hands to show how dear to him she was. He was smiling and telling her, 'Yes you're it! You're the answer to my prayers and the angel in my dreams.' Even when Kalpi became shy and wanted to look away due to the passion that she saw in his eyes - for her, Raghav didn't let her look away. He slowly raised her chin towards him, telling her that 'No more. Let's not do this anymore Kalpi. Let's look at each other and bare ourselves to each other. No more hiding any emotions. No more of any of that.'

Of course after seeing tears in her eyes, he had to ask what was wrong. Wasn't she just as happy as him? No, she was happier! I know that many of you may think that they were equally happy but Raghav has already reached the peak of his happiness several days ago when Kalpi had finally accepted him. Now it was Kalpi's turn to reach that peak. When Kalpi finally realized how lucky she has been to have a guy like him in her life, her happiness came in form of tears. Tears are indeed a form of expression only used when words just aren't enough. Kalpi was feeling her emotions in such a way that she couldn't even express it. All she could say was that she's crying because she's just so happy. Nothing this good had ever happened to her. That's the reason she was waiting. That's the very reason she was waiting for Raghav to talk to her parents for her hands. She knew that if they didn't like him or consent to him then she would have to give it all up. And the only reason that she didn't want to express those feelings was that she didn't want to make it anymore real than it already was. She was feeling the brunt of her emotions but she couldn't do anything just yet.

That's why when her parents agreed to him, she had been ecstatic. She wanted to express everything she's been feeling for her. Those feelings accumulated came out as tears. And she was finally able to say those three words that Raghav was waiting to hear since a long time.

When she did say it, even he didn't see that coming. He asked her to say those again in case he had mis-heard. Our Kalpi likes to be full of surprised indeed. She just smiled and said those words again like he had wanted. Did anyone notice how he picked up his slow dance and made it a bit fast-paced after hearing that? He really really wanted to dance at that moment. The lachchak in his moves and the smile on his face were evident. And then because he couldn't contain his happiness, he picked her up in his arms and twirled her around. That was our Raghav baba, holding his most cherished significant other close to him.

Can we just take a moment and admire the above scene? My god! Out of the whole dance, I love these instants the best. Yes, I especially edited the GIF to have these accumulated. I love the way he was touching her. It was so pure (in a sense that there was no malice), and so full of love. He was looking at her as if she was someone so delicate and a dream that could be broken so easily. He wanted to cherish her. And I loved how Kalpi leaned into his touch, telling him that she was real - telling him that no matter what, she was his now. I loved how she didn't just say her feeling but she showed it through her actions throughout this dance. She showed that she was alright with the intimacy and the passion their relationship has. She showed that she was alright with baring herself in front of him. She showed that she loved him dearly and cherished him a lot as well.

This RagNa dance wasn't just about baring themselves to each other. It was about uniting their souls together as well. RagNa let each other be close, despite their initial insecurities and reservations. They finally were able to accept each other - body and soul.

Yes, I know this wasn't their first dance, but it was definitely their first official public dance, where they came so close - no mask, no boss-employee cover-ups and no other walls between them. They were so bare to each other - with nothing to hide! They truly became RagNa - not just Kalpana and Raghav.

Also, I know that people think that RaKhi will get married and that will be the end of it but I feel like the CVs are just trying to get a rise out of us. I feel like the CVs are showing all these things to keep us on edge. Why is it that we, as viewers, always remember the bad symbolism but not good ones? There have been so many good symbolism (i.e. the first and second temple scene - first time when Raghav was in denial of his feelings and the second when Raghav actually did the prasad with Kalpi herself in front of the idol). Why do we only look at the symbolism of fallen ring? For all we know, that could have meant that no matter how close he gets to going away from his path to Kalpi, he will come back to her. It's just like how he deviated from his path of revenge for his love. I am sure that we will see some more positive things in the future. Remember, CVs want to please everyone but they are not stupid. They know the fan-following RagNa has and they won't just ignore that! So please guys, try not to let it get to you!

Phew, I am done with this now! It's really long I know. So please don't kill me? Thank you for reading! 😳

OMG. Look who obliged with a long post? Well it was worth the wait.
Awesome.

Rakhi ain't getting hitched anytime. I am sure of it. Too many reasons they won't.

The drama and suspense is well... because it's a soap.

Only the way the characters have been compromised in order to create this silly MU rankles and disappoints.

Oh well. Some of just use blinkers and enjoy Ragna.😉

Very nicely explained. Kalpi is a grown woman now. She loves and wants to please her mother but now she has her soulmate in front of her. She will not give up that easily.
The laughter and happiness in her eyes when she repeats I love you and want to spend the rest of my life with you is evident that she will not let go of this elation. Definitely not for her mother for whom she has always been the second best. Because for the man in front of her, she is not his first choice, she is his "the choice".

what shall i say u said it all !!
yes it was not the first ragna dance but it was the most special one indeed as this time we had kalpi too in the dance in real and not fantacy and so she had epressions passions love and estacy and all this together made the dance perfect
this time raghav was more confident while dancing while the first time he was very vulnerable .The attempt to make him vulnerable in first dance was quit deliberate and well done coz then raghav had just realised his feelings and was estacatic about it and wanted to feel and breath kalpi
while this time he knew she was his and he so rightfully held her , In the dance step where kalpi bents down and he holds her it was like a man handling his possesed thing so confidently .
and that lift in air was like
Raghav saying to Kalpi
O my little thing i know u r mine ,let me show u to this world as well
Kalpi was iblissful. .Her man expressed his love for her, right infront of her mother and when he spoke she realised his deep emotions even more.
Kalpi
Oh , how can somebody love me so much.Am i really worth it. Have i really the powers to lighten up somebodyes gloomy life while all through these years i feared my own dark corners of heart .
