Okay so coming back to the story, I'm absolutely loving it. Raghav is in love and yet as a friend he's helping Kalpi fulfill her dream! Perfect. Maybe as she get closer to her goal she'll realize how much Raghav means to her and actually confess... Can't wait when that happens! Also I'm really glad Vitthal finally acted like a husband! And precap looks really interesting... What's Raghav planning? I hope he kidnaps Aaji! 🤣

"Shut the door Kamla" Vitthal said once they were in their room. "Ji" Kamla said quietly shutting the door. "Sit" Vitthal told Kamla. She smiled nervously and sat down on their bed. As Vitthal sat down next to her, Kamla flinched.😆 "What is all this?" Vitthal asked her, getting straight to the point. "What?" Kamla asked. "Our Kalpana wants to join the community play so why did you refuse to her?" Vitthal responded. Kamla's lips parted in surprise.😕 "Vitthal, you are saying this?" she asked him. Vitthal waited for her to speak further. "Vitthal, you have always supported me..whatever I may have done with Kalpi. So why this sudden concern towards her?" Vitthal thought back to the previous day when Pakhya had told him the bitter truth. "I'm her father" Vitthal said. "I have to make sure that our daughter is happy." Kamla could not take it any longer. "Vitthal just stop it!" she said angrily. "I don't know what has gotten over you! Why are you suddenly so worried about our daughter, eh?" She paused to see his reaction to her sudden outburst, then she went on. "I have made all the decisions for this family Vitthal. I don't need you interfering now." Vitthal looked up at his wife. "So that's what you think of me" he hissed. "You don't think that I have any right over this house. You want absolute control.." "Vitthal look.." "I get it" Vitthal said angrily. "Okay don't angry re," Kamla said letting out a sigh. She couldn't afford to have her husband get angry at her. "Okay what if I agree Vitthal, your mother doesn't let me say a word against her. If I don't make Kalpi's life miserable then your mother makes my life hell." Vitthal looked at Kamla in shock.😲 "Yeah" Kamla said simply nodding her head. "Your Ai, she has some rules that I have to abide by." Vitthal shook his head. Nothing could be done about this woman. She'd rather have their beautiful daughter suffer just so she won't have to hear her mother-in-law's taunts.

The next day Kalpana got up early and left for office before time. She did not want to come face to face with her Ai or Aaji. She was really irritated by them. While she was packing her lunch she came across her father. "Good Morning" Kalpana said not expecting to get an answer in return. So when Vitthal put a hand on her head and said, "Good Morning Kalpi beta." She was really shocked. Tears of happiness filled her eyes and she smiled widely. "Have a great day, hon" Vitthal went on. She nodded her head and quickly ran past him not able to digest the fact that Vitthal had payed attention to her for the first time.😊

Kalpana happily went to her office and saw that nobody had arrived yet. She chuckled and got settled in her cabin. She was so happy that she didn't feel like working at the time. 'Baba actually noticed me' she thought happily. 'Am I dreaming?' She pinched herself just to be sure. "Ow!" she said rubbing her arm.😆

Kalpana didn't know but Raghav had arrived to work even earlier. He had just gone to the cafe to get some coffee. He was surprised to see Kalpana's cabin glowing in the dark. He had been laughing to himself at Kalpana's cuteness. Pinching herself..wow..she was so child-like and innocent. He grinned to himself. This was indeed his lady love.😳

Finally, after Kalpana was finished confirming if this was real or not she noticed a shadow outside and got worried. "Who is it?" she called out loudly. "Show yourself or else I can always call the police" she threatened. Raghav's eyes widened at being almost caught. Oh, so she'd only seen his shadow. 'Let's have some fun' he thought excitedly. Meanwhile, Kalpana picked up her flower vase and headed out. "Who is it??" she called out. "I dare you to face me!" Raghav quickly ran towards his own office. "Ah ha! So now you think you'll rob my sir's office?" Kalpana said hearing footsteps. "I'm right behind you Mr." She immediately ran after the dark figure. They both froze in their spots when the lights of the whole office turned on. It was Sammy and Paakhi. Sammy looked from Kalpi to Raghav in their running position. Paakhi covered her mouth trying not to laugh. It was not the same with Sammy though. "Hahahaaahaaahaa!" Sammy laughed loudly.😆 "Are we supposed to come to office early to play tag?" he asked them both. Kalpana was wondering why Sammy was laughing and not catching the robber. She turned around and gasped. It was Raghav. He smiled meekly at her. "Hmm..it's me" he said. Kalpana immediately brought the vase down and mumbled, "I'm so sorry sir, I thought it was a thief.." "It's alright Kalpana" Sammy told her. "Raghav's shadow does look like a thief hai na, Paakhi?" Paakhi giggled and nodded her head. Kalpana glared at Paakhi to stop it. Paakhi put her hands up in surrender. "So sorry Kalpi" she said jokingly. "Tu bhi na.." Kalpana said running after her best friend.
After the girls laughed Sammy was smiling ear to ear as he stared at his friend. "What?" Raghav asked him. "I smell love in the air" Sammy teased. Raghav who was unable to meet his eyes retorted, "And what were you doing with Paakhi by the way, this early in the morning?" Sammy's teasing smile vanished and he shot Raghav a look. "Get to work, mera bhai" Sammy said coldly.

Instead of getting to work however, Raghav headed to Kalpana's cabin. He entered only to find Kalpana and Paakhi chatting. He cleared his throat clearly embarrassed. Paakhi giggled understanding the situation and said, "Excuse me Kalpi, I've just remembered some work." Kalpana wanted to stop Paakhi from leaving but she was out the door before she could even let out a sound. Raghav sat down in front of her. "So Kalpana, did PLAN A work?" he asked her casually. She shook her head in disappointment. "Ai did not agree." "Hey chill" Raghav said. "I didn't expect your mother to agree either." Kalpana looked shocked.😲 "What?" "Come on Kalpi" Raghav said. "You know your mother more than I so you shouldn't be too surprised." "Well, mom would have agreed it's just that..Aaji doesn't like for me to.."
"We need to get rid of your old-fashioned grandma" Raghav said suddenly. Kalpana's eyes widened. "I know she's your gramma and all but she's just an obstacle in our path right now" Raghav told her. "Raghav..I don't think-" "Come on Kalpi" Raghav said. "What do we do?" Kalpana asked him. "You don't need to do anything, I will do all the work" Raghav said smirking.

I. Loved. It.

I logged into IF after a while and the first thing I did was read this SS from the beginning. From the CS, you had me hooked. The concept, the characterization, the plot all are applaud worthy.

You had me going through an emotional roller coaster with the way Kamla and Aaji treated Kalpi. Honestly I wanted nothing more to do than slap them senseless. It pains me to think that there are people still out there who value males more than females. Pucca, meri entry karwaado..ek do thhappad maar loon phir mujhe write off kar dena 😆

No I'm not a Pakhi fan but I'm loving her in this SS. She's an absolute sweetheart! The best friend that Kalpi needs oh so very badly. Though I don't approve of the Sammy-Pakhi relationship 😛 (no surprises, eh?), I will let it slide for you. Oh and I love her obsession with Hrithik Roshan. Her quest to pester Raghav to set up a meeting with Hrithik was hilarious. 😆

Vitthal..meh..not going to say much on him.

Praise the lord! Pakhiya at least has some brains and cares for his sister (badi jaldi aqal aa gayi..buddhu). Brownie points to him for thokking some sense into Vitthal.

Sammy...ek baar shuru ho gayi toh rukoongi nahi.

Raghav Singhania as an ace actor. I love it. I have always loved stories that combine the showbiz and the stardom all into one major drama so this is no exception. I have to admit the concept is unique and quite funny considering the actor who plays Raghav in the show is a renown actor..lol. And he has a fashion designer sister. At the beginning I thought there was some beef between the siblings but thank the lord I was proved wrong. I would've liked to see a bit more of development of his attraction towards Kalpi but I have to admit I loved the confession. It was just...dramatically romantic. The fact that he's made Kalpi's dreams his is just heart-touching. The guy truly has fallen for her (not that I was questioning it). Hope he stays strong and makes sure to give Kalpi the happiness she's been neglected all her life.

Saved the best for last 😛

Kalpi is indeed innocent and absolutely adorable. Loved how she pinched herself in the last update. I admire the strength of our Angel for putting up with wackos like Kamla and Aaji (grr). Hate the fact that her dreams are being crushed but have no fear when Raghav is here. What I particularly like is her being a fan of Raghav from the beginning and having him by her side. Saare sapne toh yaheen poore ho gaye. The innocence in her love for Raghav as not only an actor but as a person is stunning. I was surprised when she declined Raghav's proposal but then when she was reminded of her selfish wackjob of a mother's words it all made sense and just made me want to reach out and give her a huuugggeee hug. I agree with Raghav, Aaji is nothing more than an obstacle at the moment and she has to be eliminated..I mean..overcome 😉

Jisse pehle my reply gets longer than the post, a big hug to you and do update soon. I cried out when there were no more updates left for me to read. I love it and you. You're ideas are remarkable and I really look forward to the next update.
