Today, when raghav was disclosing his inner turmoils that he held on to for years, i remembered the glorious days of their childhood. i remembered the episode, when 17 year old raghav went over to his old singhania mansion on his father's death anniversary only to find Kamla bai with her husband, vithal and lovely, sweet daughter, Kalpi.
She wore an orange frock, i believe. I didn't realise the importance of kalpi's presence at that time. but today i understood why she was standing there, while kamla and raghav talked about his deceased father.
Unknowing, the young kalpi heard about Raghav's father's death. she learnt a little bit about raghav's past back then but she obviously was way too naive to understand the seriousness of the situation.
But today, she understood and felt her love, Raghav's pain. his insecurity that Kalpi might leave or be snatched away from him. she understood it all. I kept imagining the young raghav and kalpi talking and revealing their secrets to each other... Beautiful. this story never fails in surprising me by its beauty and amazing storyline. Everything makes so much more sense. i guess it is like life.
If we wait for sometime, we understand why everything happened to us.. why we meet people in life and what role they play in our lives. :)
Ps. I want a sequence where young raghav and kalpi and the present RagNa come on screen together. Like mujhse dosti karogi song.
