Why are these women required to wear wigs, especially the young ones?

I see this on many serials and the wig is always so obvious.

I go for her own hair obviously... She has such beautiful and long hair so what the need of her wig plus she looks younger without it

obviously her own hair luk gud I don't like wig much even dat curl wig doesn't luk nice on her coz her face is small n I think dat curl wig minimize her beauty but I think the straight hair wig is not bad but still I prefer her original hair
