Was it me or the scene with RagNa was adorable today? No, no, no. I will not just leave it at that. There has to be some sort of explanation of what I say right? So here I am explaining exactly what went on in my jumbled up thoughts lol.
Alright so it all started with a phone-call. He was so scared that she had left him forever. He was afraid that he pushed her too far. For a sec, he couldn't breathe or think. He wasn't sure so he called Paki, hoping that the plan didn't backfire. And luckily for him, it didn't. She went to the store and got him her faith.
He thought she had left when he came for his meeting. She wasn't anywhere to be seen. For a sec, he regretted his decision to have feigned arrogance at all. He was going to do something about that when he didn't see her when he saw a letter with an idol on top of it. Yes, she had accepted him.
She had not only accepted him again, but she had also give him her faith - something that she didn't do in the holi episode. She was on the verge of doing so when the cop incident happened. However, this time she had decided to take that step towards him, despite her initial insecurities. She didn't for a sec double-guess herself. She didn't think of the gap - she just thought of his devotion towards her. It was time for her to make a decision and she did exactly what her heart was telling her, hoping that she doesn't regret putting so much faith in him.
He had accepted her faith and cherished it. He didn't care that it was an idol of the same God that he didn't expect anything from. He didn't care about any of that because he had slowly started to hope and believe too. He wants to fuel his faith through hers. He had kept it close to his heart as a reminder that she had accepted him for now - it was an assurance that she is willing to take a step towards him when she needs to. He had accepted that gift willingly, despite the fact that she was an employee.
Additional scene: How can I forget the scene of Saghav? Can't believe I didn't add this before! I still remember how tensed he was looking at the letter. CVs really know how to get a rise out of us. Our hearts stopped beating until we realized that it was actually the bond she signed. I had a feeling but still - well played CVs. Well played. The one scene that really cleared things up for the audience. What was Raghav waiting for? It was, as Sejal pointed out in her posts, her assurance of his place in her heart. No, he's not saying that it's big or small place. He's not even thinking if she's deeply in love with him yet. He just needed assurance that she won't leave yet. She will be by his side and give him a chance. He was looking to see if she is willing to take that step towards them (not just him) as partners. And when his insecurities were tended to, he just couldn't help but be happy. That was why I salute you Sammy baba. I judged you too harshly before. You were marvelous and Everyone needs a friend like you!
Special mention: The gift rejection scene - I really liked that scene, not only because it later showed SaKhi but also because it showed that the difference in feelings. He didn't want to accept Paki's gift because she was an employee to him but Kalpi was more than that to him. To him, it wasn't just a gift but meant way more. It also showed that he's not willing to accept gifts from anyone but Kalpi. It was in a way to show that she has claims over him.
I just hope that Paki sees the idol in his office and finds out about RagNa eventually. Hopefully that's all she needs because I seriously wouldn't want her hurt. I am hoping that CVs show her with Sammy soon because I really like that. All in all, I would give this episode a 9/10 for tons of reasons that I can't put in words. It was definitely a Dhamakedaar Monday in a very subtle way 😆
PS: I may add Avis later when Esha is done uploading her vids! Thanks for reading.
