Gift symbolizes the true character of both girls.

Paakhi gives Raghav an expensive watch...something he doesnt want or need.She is trying to win his heart by material things...duh this woman is ridiculous.

Kalpi gives him an idol...someone he can pray to and ask for help when he is in a dilemma.Not trying to win his heart because she already owns it but is giving him guidance thru the path leading to the divine one,GOD.

Raghav accepting Kalpi's gift over Paakhi symbolises Raghav has accepted Kalpi.

Wow me 2 so happy! My mom was watching with me too and she said he is never gonna accept her gift once he sees whats there inside. Uske paas toh dher saare watches honge iska kyun legaa?
