Namastey Saathiyo!😎

"You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves."(Abraham Lincoln)

The sentences above correspond very well to Kalpana and Raghav's situation as it stands. Kalpana ever since she came into this world had a great weight put on her shoulder, in fact we can even go as far as saying, the only reason she was brought on this earth was to fulfil her mother's dream; and that has been her reality ever since and will continue to be her reality until she fulfills it. She has every right to feel the way she does in reference to people higher up the status ladder. WHY? Because everything she has seen with her eyes has pointed towards just that. Two women are humiliated when they go to make a complaint for the simple fact that they come from a chawl. A girl who worked day and night to pass her exams had her results thrown out because one rich lady had the money to make it happen. A girl, who has experienced nothing but sadness from a very tender age, keeps having obstacles thrown her way to make her mother feel like she is not capable of achieving her dream. So this division talk for me personally is well driven from Kalpi's perspective. However, she needs to understand that society is not there to make things easier for those less able to acquire a luxurious lifestyle. She needs to understand that not all rich people have corrupted minds, and some are not born with a silver spoon in their mouth, and instead work their arses off to strive for such lifestyle, like she is doing herself currently. I understand why she does not want to reciprocate Raghav's feelings, and that it's easier for her to hide behind this division talks. She wants to become rich but has problem with rich people? Per her logic, she too would become a silly brat when she manages to fulfill her mother's dream? She needs to sit on her bench and think hard about his arguments and stance.

Raghav said that his richness did not come to him on a plate, instead he had to work hard for it, and rightly so with his motivation being the destruction of the Kapoor household. So is it right for Kalpi to always use this against him? I do not blame Raghav for not understanding Kalpi's stance, because the way Kalpi is talking, its suggesting that being rich is a sin committed by Raghav and thus ensuring these two can never become one. Raghav is no saint here! He has an equally important role to play in making Kalpi think the rich are indeed bad-ass! He has insulted her on being poor numerous times in the past, and whilst his intention might not have been to damper her spirit that is precisely what it did. But the way he depicted his feelings today deserved a round of applause. What we got to understand and I hope the creative depict this to us is that, status is of no relevance. It is the way one conducts themselves that is important. That police officer is no maharaja, in fact he probably lives in a chawl too, but behind that uniform he felt powerful enough to insult. (A complaint here is, why do the makers think a couple of English words are meant to depict intelligence? Kalpi could have shown that officer his aukat by using shubh hindi and the relevant law to back up her point. Why was her education not given importance in that scene? Why make her rely on Raghav and then have her blast him later on?)

Raghav cannot expect Kalpi to be happy with him constantly saving her. In fact it feels like a suffocation, She is striving for independence, and whilst it is ok for him to help her once in a while, he ought to take a couple of steps back and say, you know what, go and help yourself, like he did when she faced those youngsters all by herself. We cannot forgive a murderer just because of his family, now can we? Likewise we cannot forgive a man who abuses his power for his own garmi, so to speak. He should have thought of the consequences. As any normal individual, I too would have taken such a step if I was insulted by an officer in that manner, or if I had witnessed someone else be insulted in that manner, regardless of my status.

What does Kalpi truly want? She will not say yes to Raghav because right now her main priority is to fulfill her mother's dream. So why does she not tell him this instead of indulging in a discussion that is doing nothing but serving as a headache to Raghav. Why not be honest? Likewise here with Raghav, why do you think just because you decided you love her, she needs to reciprocate? Yeh kaisa contract hai bhai? 😆

To Ragna- they need to have this embedded on their forehead

"He who can have patience can have what he will..."

At last! someone finally made a long topic with so much depth in it. Thank you for giving us such insights of this crucial episode. I am impressed that you went both ways as Raghav and as well as Kalpi. otherwise I would have felt disappointed.

To begin with, the phase that they are in now will going to Play a major role in their lives. They had a good confrontation scene today. Raghav's speech was really impactful. Each and every word he spoke was remarkable. He definitely needs a round of applause. I was speechless when he stayed consistent towards his thoughts while explaining to Kalpi. He didn't let her accuse him anymore. I do agree that he still a bit on the egoistic side which is making him this upset but I think he has understood her enough. What he needs to do now is to give her sometime to think which I highly doubt he will. Two possibilities may arise on Monday's episode. Either he understood her now and will not stalk her after she left or he will be adamant and try to confront her even more. Anyhow, I am still expecting some more misunderstanding between the two.

Kalpi on the other hand is very naive and innocent. She is strong enough to somewhat handle her problems but she can't possibly solve any issue to its fullest. Remember that exam result issue? How easily She surrendered herself in the conspiracy of bribes that was exchanged by neetu. She isn't mature enough to take things at its ease. She need that push from Raghav and let me say it explicitly, just the push and not the whole support. Raghav needs to understand that she still need to stand for herself without any support from him or from any other powerful men.

She also need to acknowledge about Raghav's feelings. She can't make this matter hanging in the air all the time. She should at least ask him to wait until she gets close to her dreams? I am absolutely finding it hard to obtain any true results from her feelings for Raghav. It will going to get more messy if she doesn't answer him anything. A wait will definitely do at this point and I am sure even Raghav will understand and will support her.

Their relationship at this point is so delicate that any small rock will going to create a drift between them. I am hoping it will not be as bad as it can get. I have a lot of hopes from CVS that they will provide us a mature confrontation scene in which they might share their past experience and what they need to do for now. Their characters and its qualities is what makes them a strong couple. They still have a long way to go. I am sure once they will going to understand each other they will be as free as the birds fly out in the endless sky.

Edits: By the way I have to say this. I love the last quote you wrote at the very last! 👍🏼

I m not so good when it comes to writing or giving words to my own thoughts...But I will try😊
Raghav and Kalpi both have their ulterior motives in their lives and neither of them had expected this big turn in their life at this point...Raghav has accepted this change and his insecurities making him impatient...He wants to make Kalpi hers before destiny take her away from him... And that explains his desperate attempts to make Kalpi understand his love and care...😳 He's not wrong but his ways are...He soon needs to work on project of building bridge between two worlds...😆 But today he explained his stance to very brilliantly...👍🏼

Now coming to our dear Kalpi, she has her own insecurities to deal with...Nothing has ever came to her so easily so how can she believe what she's getting at the moment..That is not what her goal is but she didn't reject Raghav's proposal too,,,,She's yet to find her own confusion on current situation...🤔 But I like her because she's never given up on what she wants in her life..She makes mistakes but she never hesitate to accept it...👍🏼 And even after facing so many harsh realities of life she's not bitter person..She is still dear to her loved ones and care for others too...She's inherited that from Kamla😊

Ok I think that is enough for now😆

To sum up current situation of RagNa in one sentence "They really need to talk"😆😆

I m eagerly waiting for monday's episode..I have gut feeling that we will get their lunch date on Monday..😉

I m in love with Raghav , RagNa and Kalpana😳 Their characters has ample scope of growth but how cv's handle it I m not sure..😕

Awesome post!

First off, I really liked how you explained each position. Now, there's something that I do want to point out. So far, I feel like the reason she broke it off that she wasn't able to clearly say verbally was that she needs to work for her goal. Just like you pointed out. I mean, the one reason that she was hurt was not because he was rich and she was poor. She doesn't hate the poor people. She hates the system. The reason that she wants to become something big in her life is not because she wants to become dimwitted or brattish. It's to challenge the system itself who gives respect only to the people with power. Her fight is not against Raghav. Her fight is for her identity. It's for the fact that she wants to be heard. Again, she broke it off with him because she was reminded of their differences in status. I think she wants to achieve that status before she does anything else or gives importance to anything else. I feel like she is very justified in her belief. She herself said that to him today. She has the problem with the system (that values on power and actually abuses its own power like the cop did), not the people who have the money. She wouldn't want to be someone who she hates. So I seriously don't know why people think that she's blaming Raghav for having money. No! She wants to establish herself before she gets into anything. She has said it again in the previous episode saying full well "I don't have problem with the cop. I have problem with the system. So, will you go and suspend the system for me?"

It's as you said, I understand Raghav very well. He finally found something worth fighting for. He doesn't want to let that one thing go. So, he's trying so hard to keep her with him. He's doing everything in his power to make her happy. Alas, he hasn't realized that he has abused that power. Yes for a good reason because that police deserved it - even Kalpi acknowledges that. Now, she is fighting against her values taught by her mother vs. Raghav's perspective. It's definitely a tough call to make. She is fighting and grabbing on in the middle. Raghav is having hard time understanding her perspective, because he is only listening to her but not understanding her. He has grown up with a very different kind of mentality. He's always told to fend for himself so when he sees Kalpi telling him not to do that to the cop, he is just baffled. Also, I know that he's trying his best to keep one person he cares for the most safe. But it's just as you said. It's sort of conflicting with her future goals. She wants to become something and be independent and Raghav can't always be her prince charming because she's no damsel in distress. I would have liked if CVs would have shown her telling off the cop even more but I think she was just so shocked at his reaction. She didn't intend to use english but it just came out. Maybe she was baffled?

All in all, both of them need to take a step back and priortize. Kalpi needs to come clear on what she really wants and make it very clear to Raghav what her stance is. Also, she needs some time to figure herself out. She's young and naive. Everything altogether could definitely be overwhelming to her. Raghav, on the other hand, is already established. He needs to take a chill pill and give her space. He cant expect her to say yes right away or give a chance to their relationship. She has a lot to lose - People need to realize this. It's fair to say that she should get more time to mull over this.

Phew, sorry for the lamba chauda comment 😆 Very insightful post and really happy to see people coming forward and looking so in-depth 😊

Wonderful Post Buddy...loved it to the core. Thanks for the insightful perspective on Raghav & Kalpana.👏 RagNa lack understanding and trust which is crucial to any relationship, adding to that both are equally stubborn, hot headed filled with so much of attitude.

Today RagNa had a much needed face off; Kalpi badly needs to hear all that from Raghav. Though I appreciate the realistic practical streak in Kalpi she is highly prejudiced and judgemental with people. She is overburdened with family expectations, societal pressure, harshness and Kamala's partial rejection. She will never give up on her Aai ka sapna nor leave Raghav completely. The girl is not in love and commitment phobic to accept his love owing to her own insecurities and socio-economic differences. She is fiercely independent with too much of self respect yet very naive. She is just enjoying the new found feelings, basking in the warmth of Raghav's affection...she want to enjoy the feeling of being loved at her own pace without rejecting or accepting. All she need is little push and guidance from her Raghav Sir, given the time everything will eventually fall in place

And for Raghav, he is too obsessed and hell bent on hearing her yes, he is not ready to give her breathing space. His is impatient with the fear of losing dear ones. Though he is willing to put extra bit to make her comfortable, his efforts and actions are genuine... but he clearly lacks the perceptiveness to see through her POV.

Raghav is trying to make her feel his love & concern while Kalpi wants him to understand and appreciate her POV. Communication & Space is the key in RagNa relationship.

Now I am eagerly waiting for another dhamekedar conversation on Monday, might be on her favourite bench followed by sadakchap lunch date😆

It surely applies to both Raghav and Kalpi

Firstly, thank you so much for this comprehensive response.😳😆 Raghav is yet to truly understand Kalpi! Right now he is on a mission to prove that they can indeed mingle despite both being from totally two different world. He finds it unbearable to hear her talk about status and how status is what's preventing her from acknowledging him whole-heartedly. He just wants her to admit she loves him, because he loves her. But in essence Kalpi does not love Raghav! She adores him but is yet to fully fall for him, per my understanding of her behaviour. She likes his affectionate side towards her, but at the same time, she thinks it's a bit too much when he over-does something for her (today being a very good example). I like misunderstandings so long as we do not end up with a triangle. LOL! Raghav has tried to play the nice person, but I feel he ought to revert back to being him, and let her be the judge of her own feelings. According to me, the precap suggest another eruption or a made up session, the latter seems more probable actually. Kalpi understood Raghav's stance today, and hence why she spoke in that manner with her mother. Raghav might feel like her over-stepped a line and go in search of her, because he has had it embedded in his head, that she will always misunderstand him. LOL! He needs to help her work towards her goal of accomplishing her mother's dream, that way they can bond, and at the same time, Kalpi can eliminate that huge responsibility that has been placed on her shoulders.

Kalpi gives up too easily# she allows others to manipulate her train of thought to make her feel useless: the bribery sequence and the police officer's venom being two very significant examples. Raghav needs to provide her with a support system that will ensure she gets her acquired space aswell so that she does not feel suffocated by him and still enjoys him as a person (forgetting his status and all). He needs to be her friend rather than anything else right now. And rightly so, she needs to either acknowledge his feelings, or tell him up front, I do not want anything to do with you, I would rather keep our relationship strictly professional. PERIOD!!! But if she is going to send the dude mix signals, then she needs to bear the brunt of his over-protective nature.

Their relationship is indeed very delicate right now, but I do not believe a rock can cause any drift between them. Their relationship has been founded ever since they were young: when he stood by her when others suspected her. It was done out of friendship, one could argue, but that was the foundation of their relationship. He has grown to admire and adore her, and not it's her turn, afterall he did throw it on her that he loved her not knowing if she felt the same. So space and understanding are vital on both of their parts, if they truly want to be by each other's' side, as a lot of negative obstacles are going to be thrown their way further down the line, and by then I want them to truly understand each other's' feelings so as to close the door to a third person for good..

Haha! Chinkz baby! Memo milgaya!😉😆 Hahaha!!! Aur chup kar, you know very well how to phrase your thoughts, but unlike me aab bahut lazy ho! Saachii!!😆😆 Hahahahahhaha!!!

Precisely, both have ulterior motives and this unexpected twist in the tale have them both baffled. But unlike Raghav, Kalpi has not forgotten the motive and I guess that stems from the fact that she has not yet fallen for him in the true sense. Raghav has that fear from a very tender age ie things he love being snatched away from him thanks to one of the seven sins: GREED! And because of that insecurity he badly wants her to admit her love for him, but alas munda aint getting what he wants LOL! Actually, his ways were not wrong today! Kalpi cried to him about that garmi line, and he knew right there and then, he needed to take action! Because prior to that scene, he left the officer out of his mind! LOL! And Kalpi didn't refuse his help when he was beating up those goons nor in the police station, so therefore, he was under the impression she was going to admire his bold move today! LOL! Areee the bridge building has to be between two planets: maa aur beti dono pagal hai!! Maa calls the officer who wanted to utaro her daughter's garmi as dada, aur beti worries about officer's family forgetting she herself is someone's daughter. Chalo atleast Raghav was on point today. The touching the feet and medal taunts were amazing, I could not stop laughing LOL!

I fear for Kalpi! She had to always share her mother, and now she might just have to give up her love, all because of Pakhi! Although Pakhi is not exactly at fault here, but destiny has played a cruel game on Kalpi and I hope the luck is reversed ASAP for her. I want the truth about the exams to come out. Seems like it has been forgotten :!( I too am in love with Ragna, because their characters are much more believable...no OTT...no touchy touchy without reasons...no pinning to the wall...and no crying... Haha!!! And well Raghav as a character has been extremely well written.

Haha! Everyone is expecting a lunch date, but Raghav went into his office not outside to search for her! I bet Kamla Maa came with the lunch box... and Kalpi will force Raghav to eat the spicy food to punish him for his earlier sarcasm LMAO!!
