i want ragna but i think cvs will not show raghav confessing his feeling to kalpi so easily n quickly.When kalpi said that i have come to take u to paakhi as if something happens to her my maa will get affected then u should observe raghav's face it was showing like he is thinking or planning something.I think the valentine's spoiler is raghav's trick or plan to keep kalpi away from himself(but in real he has started having feelings for kalpi)
