It was the day of the biggest deal singhania was to sign.There was to be a presentation by pakhi before inking the deal.malhotra was very insistent that he wished to see it before the final decision.Raghav was on tenterhooks.He prayed that everything would go on without a hitch.At the nth moment,there was a grid failure and the generators would not work.Pakhi said there was no way she could proceed with her presentationwithout her laptop.Raghav wa furious.This deal was important for him to destroy the Kapoors.
Kalpi stepped forward and requested a white board and marker.raghav wonderedd what this girl was upto.All she had told him was that she had worked on the project too and he sholud just trust herand he had.Raghav wondered if he had lost it.Why had he believed a junior and one of the new appointees of his office.
With conviction and confidence Kalpi tooked the entire audience through the entire presentation and impromptu added her own inputs which were much appreciated.At the end of it,she recieved a standing ovation.Malhotra was so impressed that he delayed no further and inked the deal.

Malhotra saw Kalpi and offered her the post of CEO in his company with a salary that was ten times the one she was currently receiving."You are wasted here ,my dear,"he said"and that sour faced guy has not realised your worth.Come with me"
thank you,sir,she said."but i am sure you are unaware that I am not even agraduate.T his look of surprise,she smiled.'sSurprised are you not?well,there wasa time when everyone would look at me and chide me for requesting an office job for that reason.It was only Raghav sir,who trusted me.By standing by me ,he made me regain my confidence and faith inmyself.Sour faced he may be,but his heart is pure and he can do no wrong.As for me,i am sure that he will give me what I deserve when the time is right.
Raghav had watched the entire exchange on the camera in his cabin.His heart was filled with an undescribable emotion when he heard Kalpi supporting him...especially since he had not made life easy for her.
kalpi walked into the cabin.Raghav moved to the window and erased the number.As he turned and smiled,her heart strings strummed with joy, not so much at winning the challenge but at his smile.She placed her hand in his outstretched palm.Childhood memories were awakened.Unknown to them and despite any resistance on their part,from that moment on,their relationship moved to another plane.They had been promoted.
