I dont know if he feels guilty for not being a good husband. I think he feels guilty of not being a good father as Anu had told him the other day. I think Anu's words hurt Nikhil more than whatever Tullika says.

ya i agree with Chrissy, anu shouldn't have done that when she knew that in reality tulika was the evil one...i mean that really hurt nikhil more than what tulika says to him, it wasn't really the fact of him being a good husband it's just the fact that tulika lied to him about sunny, and anu really hurt nikhil by saying all that...at that point i thought she went really far...but anyways i'll always be there for my nikhil 😭 😳
