Chapter-15

*Virat's POV*

"Oh. My. God." A girl voice whispered.

"They are so cute." A manlier voice said.

"FINALLY." said another voice.

"What happened?" Somebody asked.

"Yes! See, I told you, didn't I!? I told you! They've realized their true feelings for each other and now they're going to grow up, get married, and have lots of cute babies!" An excited voice screeched.

"Shut up, Karan. You'll wake them." Somebody scolded.

"They are so damn cute, they're perfect for each other! SOMEBODY TAKE A PICTURE!" The girl voice said again.

Click. "I already did." Somebody else said.

What the hell is going on? I opened my eyes slowly to see 6 people staring at me intently.

I blinked twice and than looked down. My arm was wrapped around a petite figure and my legs were tangled up with someone else's.

I looked up to the most beautiful girl, laying there in my arms. She looked adorable when she was sleeping... suddenly the events of yesterday played in my head and I couldn't help but let a huge goofy grin appear on my face.

"Oooh, he has the I'm-so-in-love look on his face." Jeevika gushed. I rubbed my eyes slowly.

"Shut up, you'll wake her." I told them, pulling Manvi closer.

"Get up Viru. We have a lot to talk about." Karan said sternly, but from the twinkle in his eye, I could see that he was completely and utterly happy.

I frowned and looked back down at Manvi. I didn't want to get up...I wanted to stay here, with Manvi in my arms forever.

I was going to tell them to go away so I could stay with her alone but than I remembered me and Manvi's genius plan.

We were gonna pretend like we were only friends for a while to drive them nuts. It's be hilarious.

As much as I wanted to show off to the world that Manvi's mine and as much as I wanted to talk to Karanabout how much I loved her, I also wanted to drive them crazy with this plan because it'll be freaking hilarious.

I hesitantly unwrapped my arms from Manvi's waist and pulled myself up. The boys and Jeevika all cheered excitedly and ran into the living room. I made sure I was alone in the room when I crouched down and pecked Manvi's head.

"I love you." I whispered before walking out.

"Tell us everything." Arjun said grinning like a madman. I bet they all expected me to jump excitedly and tell them Manvi and I were engaged or something. Hah, this prank is genius. Well, my girlfriend is a genius.

"Nothing really happened, guys." I said trying hard to fight the smile that was edging to appear on my face.

Jeevika raised her eyebrows. I took a deep breath. I wasn't very good at hiding my feelings when I was so incredibly in love but I have to try my best.

"Virat, Christa moved out today crying hysterically, thank god, and we come here to find you and Manvi all snuggled up, looking so adorable by the way. Of course something happened!" Barun exclaimed.

"Okay...okay. Look so Manvi found Christa cheating on me- yes, don't look surprised, she's Christa. Anyways she told me so and I broke up with her so that's why Christa moved out. And about me and Manvi...well, basically after the fight Manvi and I came back to her flat and just talked you know? Like we started talking and we realized just how much we missed each other and that we wanna be best friends again... so we did. I apologized for being such a douche and we laughed it off and now we're besties again." I said smiling, and trying to hold in my laughter.

All of them looked at me, incredibly happy, but also a little bit disappointed.

"What!? You guys aren't married yet? B-b-b-b-but?" Arjun said stomping away to the kitchen like a kid.

"Don't worry, Arjun. This is only a phase. Soon they'll realize their true feelings for each other and run of to the sunset to makeout." Sameer said.

I couldn't help but let a blush come to my cheeks. Karan noticed and walked over to me chuckling. "Atleast your friends again mate. Don't worry about it though, you'll be getting married soon enough." Karan said smirking.

I rolled my eyes. I heard a groan and turned around to see my princess enter the room, while rubbing her head. I grinned and was about to walk over to give her a peck but than remembered the plan. Damn it.

"Heyyy, sleeping beauty!" Karan said as he wrapped his arms around her waist from behind. I scowled... that's mygirlfriend he's holding. Karan noticed me frowning because he frowned and pulled Manvi closer as she giggled.

I knew her and all the boys were like brother and sister but still I couldn't help but feel protective over her.

I am the jealous type, anyways. The boys touching her all the time wasn't really helping that. But still, I'll have to handle it because I know she truly loves me, just like I truly love her.

I smirked back at Karan and walked towards them. "Morning Manviii." I cooed, wrapped my arms around both her and Karan. Soon enough the other boys and Jeevika ran into the group hug.

After our little moment, we all pulled away chuckling. "So Manvi, you and Virat are finally friends again!" Sameer said smiling, but I saw something else in his eyes. A suspicious look...I decided to ignore it. Sameer was always a bit suspicious of everything.

Manvi grinned and nodded her head. I wanted to pinch her cheeks because she looked damn adorable when she did that.

"I'm hungry..." She whined.

"When are you not?" Jeevika asked ruffling Manvi's already sexy messy hair.

"We're going out for breakfast. Go get ready, babe." Barun said.

"Okayyy." Manvi said stretching her arms. "But you guys better wear disguises because me and Jeevika sort of like being nobodies." Everyone chuckled and nodded.

"We're going back to our flats to get ready because damn Virat-you need a shower! But we'll come back to pick you up in about 20 minutes, okay?" Karan said.

I smacked Karan's arm and we all nodded in agreement. As we were leaving the flat, I winked at Manvi and she giggled quietly.

*Manvi's POV*

"Oh my god, you guys looked so cute!" Jeevika gushed as the boys left our flat. I rolled my eyes and Jeevika chuckled.

"Are you sure you're just friends?" Jeevika asked. "Pretty sure." I laughed before entering my own room to get ready.

"Not even friends with benefits?" Jeevika asked.

"Mmm...nope!" I said laughing as I heard her groan.

Finally her door closed, meaning she was going to get ready. I went into my bathroom and checked the mirror.

God, I was a mess... my hair was knotted and sticking out in different directions, and my dress looked wrinkled.

I slowly peeled of my dress and got in the shower. I took a fast shower, washing away my sleepiness and got out, wrapping a small towel around my body.

I got dressed in this and did my hair like this.

I ran downstairs and as usual Jeevika was still not done getting ready. I switched the TV on and watched reruns of Spongebob until I finally heard the bell ring.

I ran to the door excitedly, and opened it. Virat was standing there, leaning on the door frame, grinning like an idiot. Nobody else was with him.

He leaned in and gave me a sweet kiss on the lips. "Where's everybody?" I asked, pulling away afraid that any of the boys saw us.

"They told me to pick you guys up and meet them there. Where's Jeevika?" Virat asked smirking.

"Still getting ready." I told him. He smirked and pulled me into him once again.

He connected our lips and I kissed back, wrapping my arms around his neck. Our lips felt like they were meant for each other...

The kiss started to get a little steamed up. Virat licked my bottom lips, begging for an entrance. I decided to tease him and smirked into the kiss.

He growled and brought his hand down to my bum. He grabbed it, hard enough for me to open my mouth. He slid his tongue in and we our tongues wrestled with each other.

Virat pushed me against the wall, deepening the kiss. Suddenly, we head loud footsteps.

We pulled away from each other instantly, and straightened ourselves out. I noticed Virat's hair was a little ruffled so I fixed it for him quickly before Jeevika entered.

He smiled gratefully at me. "Finally, you're here!" I said laughing, but there was a nervous edge to my voice. Virat must have heard it because he gave me a reassuring smile.

Jeevika smiled and pulled me into a quick hug. "Missed me, didn't you?" She asked.

I giggled and nodded. "Well, c'mon lovebirds, let's get going." Virat said teasingly.

I giggled and he winked at me when Jeevika wasn't noticing.

"Where's everybody else?" Jeevika asked.

"Waiting for us there." Virat replied. "Where are we going?" I asked, this time. He smiled at me before replying.

"Barista. Nobodies really there at this time and we have our disguises on."

I nodded and we got in Virat's car.

"BEFORE YOU LEAVE ME TO THE AIR!" Jeevika and I finished singing, loudly and off key, as Virat laughed like crazy. Soon Jeevika and I joined in his laughter.

We were still in the car, driving to Barista. I sat in the passenger seat, Virat in the drivers seat, as Jeevika sat in the back.

We we're goofing off, like we usually do. Every now and than Virat would send me a secret smile or a wink to which I would flush red to.

Finally we made it outside of Barista. Virat put his hood up and slipped on his sunglasses.

Jeevika got out of the car and before I could get out of mine, Virat opened my door. I smiled at him, and he winked again.

Jeevika ran inside excitedly. I giggled and Virat chuckled as we walked side by side. His hand twitched, wanting to hold mine but he restrained his self since the boys and Jeevika would see us.

"I need to touch you." Virat said, pouting. I giggled. "Calm yourself, Chep." I teased before entering Barista.

Virat followed close behind. "Manvi!" Arjun said, singling us to come over.

I sat down next to Arjun and Sameer, as Virat sat beside Karan and across from me. The seating arrangement was kind of like this:

We all chatted, as we waited for the waiter to come. While I talked to Arjun I felt a hand on my thigh. I looked up and saw Virat smirking as he rubbed his hand up and down my thigh.

I bit my lip, covering my smile and Virat winked at t me, making sure nobody was looking. Everyone was talking alone leaving me and Virat to our stare off.

His hands moved up my thigh and towards my shirt. His slid his hand under my shirt, rubbing my stomach. He leaned down in his seat, making Karan look at him suspiciously.

I kicked him and watched in amusement as he pulled back and sat back down, trying hard not to pout. I chuckled quietly and went back to talking to Arjun.

This is fun...

*Virat's POV*

Pretending Manvi and I weren't dating was harder than I thought. I'm sitting across from her at Barista right now and it's taking every muscle in my body to resist touching her.

Karan was almost suspicious so now I had to play up my game a bit more. I sneaked a quick glance at Manvi.

Just a quick one. She drew her head back as she laughed at something Arjun said and all I wanted to do was lean in and kiss her.

Of course, I didn't.

Finally the waiter arrived. He was a boy about our age was shaggy brown hair and hazel eyes. He took a glance at everyone at the table, looking longer at my Manvi.

As he brought his notepad, he winked at her. I curled my fists into balls and tried to calm myself down.

Nobody was allowed to wink at Manvi but me. Nobody.

Manvi pretended not to notice and sent a warning glance at me.

"What would you like?" The boy asked, mainly addressing Manvi.

I clenched my teeth and sucked in a breath.

"Um, a blueberry muffin and iced coffee, please." Manvi asked quietly.

"Of course, beautiful." The boy wrote down her order. Even Sameer and Barun looked protective over Manvi now, Karan was just smirking at me, and Arjun was to busy in the menu.

Manvi looked annoyed as she played with her shirt. The others ordered and the boy walked off sending one last wink at Manvi's direction.

My fists were turning white and I bet you my face was becoming red with anger...

As soon as he left, Jeevika winked at Manvi. "He was cute." She commented.

I scowled. "He was a douche." I mumbled.

Jeevika looked at me, amusement clear on her face. Manvi looked uncomfortable as she wiggled in her seat adorably.

"Was he? I thought he was quite sweet calling Manvi beautiful and all. She should totally go for him." Jeevika said smiling, there was a teasing edge to her voice.

I spoke through clenched teeth. "Manvi can do so much better." I basically growled.

Jeevika smiled to herself but didn't say anything else. I noticed the boys were sending me amused glances too and that Manvi was trying hard to hide the new-formed blush that appeared on her cheeks.

The waiter came back later with our order. He gave everybody their order and gave Manvi an piece of paper. He winked and walked off.

I immediately knew what that was. Before Manvi could even look at the paper, I snatched it from her hands.

"She's not interested!" I shouted to the boy as I ripped the piece of paper.

Jeevika and the boys burst out laughing and Manvi bit her lip, trying to hide a smile. Barun however looked beyond pissed.

"Virat, would you calm your jealousy down! You'll get us recognized." Barun scolded. I blushed beet red as he mentioned my 'jealousy' and this time Manvi giggled.

Everybody finished up there food and stood up.

"Do you guys have any work today?" Manvi asked, throwing away her empty cup.

"Nope." I answered, grinning as I walked beside her. Our hands slightly brushed each other and I cursed myself for not being able to hold them.

"You guys wanna go to the movies?" Sameer asked.

"Yes, lets go!" Manvi said excitedly. I chuckled and felt my heart swell him.

Damn, she's adorable.

"Keep a low cover." Barun whispered as we entered the movies.

"What are we gonna watch?" Arjun asked.

"Scary movie." Manvi said, smirking at me.

Oh no...please no. I hate watching scary movies. I'm the guy, I should protect Manvi when she's scared in these movies but she comforts me instead. I'll admit, it felt amazing when she ran her hands through my hair...I was still the man and I don't wanna seem like a pussy to my girlfriend.

The boys chucked.

"Let's." Karan said, chuckling.

"I hate you." I said.

~

They decided to watch Raaz3.Hearing the name already made me scared shitless.

We entered the cinema and I immediately went by Manvi's side, wanting to sit next to her.

She chuckled as she noticed me resisting the urge to hold her hand.

We all took our seats and as soon as the lights went out, I grabbed Manvi's hand. The same shock I always feel when I hold her hand calmed me down a bit.

"You will not let go of my hand through this entire movie, understand?" I whispered.

She giggled and nodded. I smiled at her.

Even through the darkness, I could see her perfect features.

Her brown eyes sparkling through the darkness.

Her long brown hair, braided messily, looking completely sexy.

Her small pink lips, pulling into a small smile.

Her long and dark eyelashes, making her (if possible) even more adorable.

She was truly the most beautiful girl I even laid eyes on. And she was all mine.

The movie started and I finally removed my gaze to the screen, as I gripped Manvi's delicate hand.

"Relax, pretty boy." She whispered, teasingly. Her voice calmed me down a bit, and my grip on her loosened.

"Talk to me." I whispered.

"What?" She asked, giggling. "Talk to me. Your voice calms me down." I said.

She laughed, loudly this time, and her musical laughter calmed me down even more.

"Do you like waffles?" She asked, grinning.

I chuckled. Why is she so adorable? It really wasn't fair.

"Yes, I do." I said, still smiling.

"Everybody likes waffles." She agreed, in a hushed whisper.

"They do, indeed." I said, smirking.

"What about cheese? Do you like cheese?" I asked randomly.

"Depends on what cheese it is." Manvi said honestly.

"So, tell me Manvi, which kind of cheese do you prefer?" I asked, leaning closer.

And so went on our conversation about cheese.

It turned out Manvi and I had talked throughout the whole movie.

I didn't even flinch once when there was a scary part. I was too caught up in Manvi.

I loved how I can talk to her so easily. Being was her was like breathing. Easy and calming.

I loved everything about her and the fact that I could talk to her just about everything.

All of us, walked out of the movies laughing. "So what'd you think of the movie?" Sameer asked me and Manvi.

I smiled sheepishly, "It was good." I lied. I didn't even know what the movie was about.

"Oh yeah, what's it about?" Jeevika said, smirking. I looked down nervously.

"Um...about a women...with a secret...?" I tried lamely.

Everybody burst out laughing.

"Not shit, Sherlock." Manvi said, still laughing. I couldn't help but laugh too. Her laugh was so damn contagious.

"Tomorrow we have rehearsals, so we better get home early lads." Barun said.

The boys and I groaned. "Sorry guys." Barun said.

"We'll be in the car, you drop Jeevika and Manvi home, okay mate?" Sameer said before walking off.

I turned back to Jeevika and Manvi. "Girls, ready to go?" I asked.

"Actually, I'm going off to Viren's place. He's picking me up. Go on without me." Jeevika said smiling. She gave Manvi a hug and a kiss on the cheek before walking off.

I smiled cheekily at Manvi. "It's just you and me." I winked.

She giggled, "Come on Chep you're my driver today."

~

I walked Manvi to her door, still laughing like an idiot.

With Manvi around you couldn't help but smile and laugh.

She just brought happiness everywhere she went.

I leaned down and gave her a sweet but longing kiss on the lips. She kissed back and we pulled away at the same time.

"I love you." I whispered, smiling. "I love you too." She giggled.

She was about to walk inside her flat but I grabbed her by the waist.

"Hey, Manvi." I whispered in her ear.

"Yeah?" She whispered back.

"Tomorrow after rehearsals..." I started.

"Mhm?" She asked smiling.

"I'm taking you on our first real date.

Awesome Awesome..~~!!! first their morning was nice...Every 1 hovering around n taking piks on how good they look tpgether best they burst the bubble sayin they'r frnds...their romance...they cant really b able to control b it alone or with their frnds...😆 n then the movie Maanvi is simply sweetheart she Managed to keep Virat mind off the movie...cant wait for their date...Superb..Waiting for the next Kaja..~!!
