Jeevika barges into Maanvi's room, and Maanvi is shocked as to why does she enter in fury. Maanvi asks her the reason for her anger, to which she replies that she is angry with Viren for talking against Maanvi to Virat. She tells Maanvi that she will support her decision and will help her get a divorce from Virat, to which Maanvi is shell-shocked. Jeevika leaves in a huff.
Viren is telling Virat that Maanvi is not good enough for him, and he now supports his decision to get a divorce. Virat is stumped. Maanvi and Jeevika enters, and Maanvi tries to ask Virat what is going on. Viren tells her that in 400 years of the history of the Vadhera clan, no one has gotten a divorce. Jeevika is mad, and tells Viren that she is also supporting her sister and will help them get a divorce. Jeevika and Viren don't let Virat and Maanvi sleep together, and Jeevika pulls Maanvi out of the room, without letting her even look at/talk to Virat.
Jeevika and Maanvi are in the room, and Jeevika isn't letting Maanvi talk and tells her to sleep. Maanvi is heartbroken and upset, while Jeevika keeps telling her how her life is going to improve. Jeevika lies down to sleep and chuckles to herself, while Maanvi is pouting.
The next morning, the 4 Vadheras are in a court, filing Virat-Maanvi's divorce application. The judge asks Virat-Maanvi for the reason for their divorce, but Viren-Jeevika are the ones who list out the problems in Virat and Maanvi, and after listening to their reasons -albeit retarded ones- the judge allows them to get a divorce. He places divorce papers in front of them and Viren-Jeevika force Virat-Maanvi to sign.
Maanvi wakes up with a start, its her nightmare. She is freaked out by the dream and now wants to discuss this with Virat. She comes out, only to find Virat standing outside her door, waiting to discuss something with her. They are about to discuss something, when Pinky comes and forces Maanvi to go change and help her with work. Viren-Jeevika catch each other's eyes across the hall and wink at each other. Viren come out and drags Virat to help him pick up some stuff for the wedding.
Dabboo is asking Maanvi as to which pagdi should he wear, but she isn't paying attention to him and is lost in her own thoughts. She sees Viren-Virat enter, and Virat ishaara maarofies her through his eyes that he will talk to her in the corner. Maanvi smiles and asks Dabboo to ask Viren about the pagdis as she tries to go talk to Virat. Virat and her come face to face and are about to talk when Jeevika comes and drags Maanvi away. Virat plays a ploy and fakes a reason to make Beeji call Jeevika. She does so, and while Jeevika is distracted, Maanvi sneaks off.
The two finally meet in a room and are freaked out by the turn of events. They hug and wonder as to what to do, and almost begin a nokjhok when Viren-Jeevika enter and begin to bad-mouth Maanvi-Virat respectively, and don't let them interrupt or say anything. Jeevika and Viren drag Maanvi and Virat out of the room in opposite directions.
Viren tells Virat that an advocate is sending them their divorce papers via facsmile.
Jeevika pulls Maanvi aside and begins to show her potential suitors for her post her divorce. Maanvi is gobsmacked and tells her to stop it, but Jeevika just goes on praising the suitors and telling her that more biodatas are on their way, and she'll get Maanvi married to the best guy.
On the other side, Virat is going through a similar situation as Viren is showing him photos of potential future brides. Virat is shocked and is trying to talk sense into Viren, but he isn't listening. Madan enters and sees the pictures and teases Virat as to whether he's checking the girls out for a second marriage. Virat is stunned at the joke.
Viren and Jeevika are together and are discussing the current situation at hands. Viren laments that because of the drama they are not getting to spend time together. He hugs her and is about to make a move when Pinky calls out for Jeevika and she is forced to leave to help her.
Maanvi is dressing up and Virat comes behind her. He tells her that she is looking nothing short of an angel, except for one thing. He makes her stand and fills her forehead partition with vermillion. He assures her that nothing will happen to their marriage, and he will talk to Viren that very day. Jeevika calls for Maanvi, so she has to leave.
Virat is sitting desolately in Maanvi's room while Viren enters, while Maanvi meets Jeevika in the kitchen. Viren-Jeevika simultaneously tell Virat-Maanvi that a famous divorce lawyer from Chandigarh would be coming to HK at 7PM to begin the proceedings. Episode ends on Virat-Maanvi's shocked faces.
Precap: Maanvi is telling Jeevika that she doesn't want a divorce from Virat, but Jeevika isn't ready to listen to her.

Today's episode was truly one of the better ones in a long while! Nia looked fabulous dressed up for the wedding and her acting was as always, a class apart! KD and KT nailed the show with their amazing acting, while Kushal lended able support. Dialogues were fabulous, and please please don't miss the Virat-Maanvi scene, even if you're not their fan. Nia's fabulous acting (she barely spoke a sentence, yet her acting was extremely powerful) and the poignancy of the scene was something else altogether! This episode just screamed SIDDHARTH P MALHOTRA in my face!
Glad I watched the episode! Was truly a really good one!
