Karan:- knock knock…. Guys…. I m coming in…..

Karan entered in covering his eyes…..

Virat and manvi suddenly move back from each other….

Karan came near them, grinning….

Karan:- so???

Virat:- what …so???

Karan:- now don't say… , she said NO to u again….. It will affect my image between people…..

Virat: - and how will it???

Karan:- I m a lover boy of this town….every girl loves me…..and if my best friend is unable to get a girl… than that would be a disgrace for me…..

Virat:- stop over reacting… Mr. Not lover boy,but a playboy!!!

Manvi laughed ….

Karan:- so… lets go manvi…. It's already late and uncle must be waiting for u…. I think u might have to give lots of explanations to him…..

Manvi:- ya… u r right!!! I hope papa must have got convinced by Nishu's explanation….

Karan:- don't worry…. I think Nishu might have handled it!!!!

Virat moved his brows up…. Grinning….

Virat:- SO???

Karan:- why r u SO' ing me!! ????

Virat:- Nishu huh!!! (Smirking)

Karan:- hey… don't u dare think like that about us…. she is really a good girl…. And I always maintain distance with such girls….!!! (Pointing finger on Virat)

Manvi:- Virat…actually I think it's not a bad idea….. If u ever want any help Karan…. I m at Ur service!!!! (Laughing)

Karan:- manvi… u too…. !!!

Manvi:- k..baba… I m sorry…. we won't tease u…k…. (Looking towards Virat) Virat if u will tease my friend, I will beat u….!!!! (Suppressing her laugh)

Virat was not able to hold his laugh any more…and they both started laughing their heads out looking Karan's innocent face…. which was gotten crimson red due to embarrassment….

Karan:- I m not going to talk with u both…. Bye!!!

Karan turned making angry face…. they both hold his hands…..

Virat:- sorry yaar… mazak kar rahe the!!!!

(sorry yaar…we were just kidding!!!)

Manvi:- hey Karan…. Don't behave like a child …. Cheer up now…. Or else I will not talk with Virat….

Virat suddenly leaves Karan's hand, walking near manvi...

Virat: - why would u stop talking with me…

Manvi:- because u was the one who started teasing him…..

Karan turned back and smiled seeing them fight again like before after long time….

Virat:- but u were the one who took it far….

Manvi: - but u were the first one to laugh on him… (Pointing finger at him)

Virat:- (moving her finger by his finger…) no… it was u the one who laughed loudly first….

Karan stood between them…..

Karan:- oh my god!!!! U know… u both r the bestest couple I have ever met…. I love u guys… please keep fighting and loving each other always…

And he pulled both of them closer by keeping his arms on their shoulders…..

And they all started laughing again… together….

It has been five days….since Christmas got over… Dadu called her many times asking her to come back home soon, he missed her so much….

Meanwhile Manvi made her father understand her situation… Firstly he was bit sad for losing money… but eventually he got better and promised her to keep that as a secret. Then she even told him about Virat and her relation…He was really happy as Virat belonged to great family and more importantly he loved her, maybe more than him!!!!

After some days…..Madan left back to Delhi as he had his job waiting for him…. he wanted to earn some money before manvi gets married to Virat…. Manvi tried stopping him using every way she could, but promising regular visits to Shimla he left back to Delhi….

Today manvi got ready early, as Virat was going to pick her from Nishi's place back to vadhera mansion!!!!

Manvi: - k...Nishu…. bye!!!

Nishi: - bye!! … (Looking at Virat) please take care of my friend

Virat: - (smiling) I will!!!

Virat started driving his car… when his mobile rang. He got engrossed in it…. manvi was upset on him, as from the day she told him about his real cousin…. he got so busy that they barely talked with each other. They met once in these five days, when Madan called him over lunch, to talk about them….. She turned her face towards window…. And kept mum throughout journey…..

Virat saw her… he knew she was upset on him…. but whatever he was doing now was for them…. as he could bring his real cousin back as soon as possible. They reached home. Manvi took her bag and rushed out of car… Virat ran behind her and hold her hand….

Manvi:- virat… yeh kya kar rahe ho…. Chodo mera haath… koi dekh lega!!!

(Virat….what r u doing??? Leave my hand… someone will watch us…)

Virat:- nahi chodunga!!!…..chodne ke liye thodehi pakda hai… (Smirking)

(No…. I will never let Ur hand… not even after death!!!)

Manvi:- apna yeh romance baad mein dikhana…. Aab mujhe andar jane do… warna koi aa jayega!!

(Stop being romantic hero …. Let me go in)

Just then Aaditi mausi came near main door with aarti thaal….

Manvi shrugged her hand from his clutch…. And smiled looking at her….

Virat and manvi came near main door and looked at Aaditi hand….

virat:- Aaditi maasi yeh aarti kyu???

(Aaditi maasi…. Why did u bring aarti???)

Aaditi:- baas maan kiya toh le aayi…. Ghar ki beti wapas aayi hai itne dino ke baad, toh welcome kar rahi hoon apne style mein!!!

(I felt like of doing it. anyway she is back after so many days…so I think this is the better way to welcome her….)

Manvi smiled, but she felt really bad seeing their trust and love for her. She feared even thinking about their reactions when truth will be kept in front of them…..

Aaditi did aarti of manvi. Virat stood beside her….

Aaditi: - welcome back home!!!

Virat whispered near her ear leaning…..

Virat: - welcome home… soon to be Mrs. Vadhera!!!!

A slow blush crept on Manvi's cheeks as his words sunk in.

She walked towards Dadu….

Dadu: - oh my princess is back…. I missed u so much!!!!

Manvi:- I missed u too Dadu….. (Giving a hug)

Dadu:- go upstairs beta…and get ready…. Today we all will have breakfast together….

Manvi:- k….

Virat:- I'll too get ready….. I have to go office….

Dadu:- we r waiting for u both on table… come soon….

Manvi:- in 5 minutes dadu…. We will be there.

Manvi entered her room….she turned to lock door when Virat bragged in…..and locked the door….

Manvi:- (folding arms) Virat get out….. I have to change…. All r waiting for me at breakfast table….

Virat:-I know u r very angry on me. I m sorry. !!!!

Manvi:- Virat u didn't even call me once in these five days…. And when I called u….. it was always engaged or Sonia would receive it. u know how much I missed u….I really hate u Virat…..

And she turned, back facing him…..

Virat hugged her from back….

Virat: - I m sorry manvi….. ek baar maaf kardo (forgive me once)….. I missed u too, but actually I was busy in tracking my cousin, and u know what there's a good news for us!!!

Manvi: - what???

Virat: - I found her!!!...she lives in Bangalore. But now she has gone for vacation with her friends and her adopted parents told me that they will bring her here as she gets back from her vacation….

Manvi turned around facing him, with still his arms circling her around waist….

Manvi:- oh wow that's great!!!

Virat:- yes, and I even asked doctor uncle about dadu's condition. He said Dadu is much better than before….. So I think now we can tell him about u… us!!!!

Manvi's smile gets faded instantly…..

Manvi:- but Virat I m still worried for Dadu…. I mean what if he couldn't sustain the shock. If anything happens to him I won't be able to forgive myself in my whole life. I m already feeling guilty for the lies we are telling him everyday…. He loves me so much, and I cant see him getting hurt because of me…..

Manvi eyes got wet…. She felt really hard to hold on the tears. Virat saw her getting emotional and she was on verge of crying. He pulled her in tight hug ….

Virat:- hey manvi…. Don't worry…. He will be ok… and even after knowing truth Dadu might get angry on us but he will not hate u…. no one can hate u even if they try harder to do that….. I will be with u on every step of Ur life!!!!

Manvi:- thanks Virat!!

Virat pulls her back from hug and kiss her on forehead….

Virat:- now get ready fast…. We r late for breakfast….

Virat was about to unlock the door when they heard Aaditi knocking from outside….

Aaditi:- manvi…. Manvi….

Manvi ran immediately and pulls him back from door….

Virat:- what the hell r u doing….

Manvi:- don't shout…..or else Aaditi aunty will get suspicious…

Virat:- so what???...

Manvi:- u r in my room Virat, that too with door locked from inside…. It's not what siblings do!!!!

They hear knocking sound again…..

Manvi:- oh my god!!! Virat go hide somewhere

And manvi started looking here and there for a place to hide him…. and she drags him near cupboard and push him inside it…..

Manvi:- don't make any noise and don't come out till I open door….

Virat:- but manvi….

And she close door banging loud, without even listening what Virat was about to say her…..

She composed herself and maintaining sweet smile, opened door.

Aaditi:- I have been knocking door since long time….. R u alright, dear??

Manvi:- I m fine aunty… actually I was in bathroom.

Aaditi:- oh… by the way did Virat come here??? He is not in his room…

Manvi baffled for a second but maintaining her calmness she answered…

Manvi:- no… he was not here with me….

Aaditi:- k, fine… we all r waiting for u downstairs at dining table…. And if u see Virat tell him to get at dining table soon….

Manvi:- k… aunty… !!!

Aaditi walk out of her room. Manvi ran to the door and closed it back. Then she remembered about Virat… she rushed towards cupboard…. And as she opened the door, Virat jumped out of it… breathing heavily….

Virat:- don't u ever hide me in cupboard…. It's so suffocating in there…. (Between his heavy breathes)

Manvi:- if u would have not bragged in my room…. I would have not hide u there in first place….

Virat:- I came here, just because u were angry on me. So from now on stop getting angry on me….

Manvi:- for that u have to stop making me angry…k….

Virat:- u r really gonna pay for this Ms. Mehra!!! (squiting eyes….. walking near her)

Manvi:- like how???... u will try to kiss me or something…??

Virat:- actually that's not a bad idea…. But I have better plan…. (Giving mischievous smile)

Virat walks out of her room leaving a scared manvi behind thinking about his plan….

All got seated around dining table. Virat and manvi sat beside each other, and Aaditi and ram sat opposite to them. Dadu sat as usual on the 'head of family' chair. Servants served breakfast and moved back in kitchen… Dadu signal everyone to start eating. Manvi was about to move her hand… when Virat hold her hand tightly entangling his fingers with hers… under table…

Manvi looked at him in shock with wide eyes. She struggled a lot to get her hand out of his clutch but he was very strong… Virat silently started eating breakfast looking down in his plate, with a big smile. Manvi looked at him with pleading eyes… but he nodded denying her request….

With no other options left, she started eating with her left hand…. Aaditi saw and looked confusingly…

Aaditi:- manvi…. Is there any problem with Ur right hand??? I mean… why r u eating with left hand???

Manvi baffled and she looked towards Virat to seek some help….

Dadu:- is there any problem beta???

Manvi immediately move her eyes on Dadu… and give him a sweet smile nodding …. She started sweating, as she was unable to think of any excuse… Virat saw her getting nervous and scared….

Virat:- actually Dadu…. Her right hand is bit paining. She slept whole night keeping her head on that hand. She told me today morning so that's why she is eating with her left hand…. Isn't it manvi??? (Looking towards her)

Manvi again just nod agreeing…

Aaditi:- I'll massage ur hand after breakfast, the pain will go off… don't worry dear….

Manvi ate her whole breakfast with left hand. After finishing it, she again tried getting her hand out of his clutch, but he dint leave her hand. He kept eating slowly… and was adamant to not leave her at any cost. Everybody got up from table and moved towards their room… leaving both of them at table.

Manvi:- (fuming in anger) Virat leave my hand!!!

Virat:- no!!!...

Manvi:- Virat….. r u mad…. If someone would have seen us like this???

Virat:- so what??... I m not scared of anyone!!!

Manvi:- but I am…!!!! (getting worried)

Virat:- when ur hero is here not to fear!!!!!

Manvi:- ok… my hero… now let me go….

Virat:- I will but in one condition…!!

Manvi:- what???

Virat:- u have to come on date with me!!!

Manvi:- no Virat…. What if someone recognize us….

Virat:- don't worry… no one knows about u here… so even if anyone recognize me, that won't be problem… now please say yes!! (Pleading)

Manvi:- (smiling) k…. yes!!!

In restaurant….

Virat:- u know what…. u look very beautiful today…

Manvi:- oh really…. I didn't know Mr. Vadhera can give compliments.

Virat:- I give compliments to those people whom I love….

Manvi:- so uptil now… how many people got ur compliments???

Virat:- only one…!!!

Manvi :- (looking suspiciously) and who is she???

Virat:- my mom!!!

Manvi:- oh!!! (Leaving a sigh of relief) u loved ur mom so much.. Right??

Virat:- yes…. I love my parents so much.

Manvi:- how did they… (bit hesitating)

Virat: - Two years ago…they left to celebrate their wedding anniversary and they were so excited that u would have thought it was their honeymoon…. (Smiling….) but on the way, they had an accident. (His smile got faded while saying)

Manvi hold his hand….

Virat:- and top of that she left me too leaving suffer alone…. (Getting emotional)

Manvi:- Virat…. Are u alright???

Virat:- (smiling) hmm… u know what, I still think that they r on long vacation… and someday they will come and….

He was unable to say anymore….

Manvi:- hey… u know what, u r the best son and grandson, and I know u will be the best husband as well…. (Smiling)

Virat:- I love u…..

Manvi was about to reply when waiter disturbed their moment….

Waiter:- can I serve the food sir??

Virat gave him a angry look….. Waiter got to know that he was here at wrong moment….

Manvi chuckled on seeing waiter's scared face, due to Virat's angry glare on him….

Waiter: - (stammering) I …m…. sor…sorry!!

Manvi: - (looking at waiter) it's ok…. U can serve….. (And pressed Virat's hand to make him stop glaring at poor soul)

They were enjoying their food when veronica entered the restaurant… she saw them both smiling and holding hand…. She felt it weird… just then they got up from their table and Virat slide his hand around her waist and both walked out together…. Veronica followed them silently till parking lot. She hide herself behind a car and tried to see them, to know what were they up to…

Manvi opened the door of car and was about to sit when Virat pulled her back closing door. He pinned her on car…leaning. Manvi was taken aback by his sudden closeness...

Manvi:- Virat… yeh tum…

Virat:- (cutting her sentence) don't u think u have something to say me???

Veronica's mouth got wide open seeing them. She took her phone and started recording their video….

Manvi looked at him getting slightly confused….

Manvi:- I don't think so!!!

Virat moved more near her… so close that even air couldn't pass between them…

Virat: - think harder manvi….

Manvi gasped feeling him so close…

Manvi:- (stammering) I… I …. Don't… remember….

Virat:- something u were going to say at restaurant…. but u couldn't because of that waiter…!!! (In husky voice)

Immediately her eyes got wide with a smile…. as she got to know what he wanted…..

Manvi:- oh that…..

Virat:- hmm…. U never said me those words….

Manvi pushed him with a evil smile…..

Manvi:- abhi mood nahi hai…. (Teasing him…)

Virat :- toh mood abhi banata hoon….

(Then let me make your mood!!!)

With that he closed the gap between them… And circling his arm around her waist, he started kissing her. He poured out all the love he had for her in that kiss… manvi moved her hand from his back to his hairs…. ruffling them with her fingers. She felt as if butterflies were flying in her stomach…. Everything felt so good and right…. She closed her eyes feeling his warm touch on her….

They broke after sometime resting their foreheads, breathing heavily…..

Virat lifted her chin and she opened her eyes to see those two beautiful eyes which were enough to tell her how much those words meant to him…..

Manvi: - I love u Virat!!!!!!!

A smile crept on his lips hearing those magical words for which his heart longed to hear like anything…. He hugged her tightly…..

Virat:- I love u too….!!!!!

Veronica felt as if she lost her senses as she saw them kissing. She shut her phone angrily… not able to see anymore….

Veronica:- u both can't get more low than this…..

I know what exactly I have to do now!!!
