Sonia:- of course!!! What is it Virat????

Virat:- u have to look for Manvi's dad…. he is somewhere in Mumbai….. Just contact his friends and find out where is he. Manvi is really missing him.

Sonia:- k… I'll do it…. and how's veronica???

Virat:- she is perfectly fine now…. Today she is throwing success party for her friends. So I want u to look after pending work for me… as I have to leave early….

Sonia:- but u have conference today…. And sorry to say but u can't avoid it…..

Virat:- …then make it soon…. I'll wrap it fast….

Sonia:- k….

Virat:- and one more thing…. Did u have any news from those detectives??? Did they able to get any clues about that man???

Sonia:- not yet… but don't worry… I m meeting them today…. Hope I get some good news!!

Virat:- if u get to know anything… let me know first….

Sonia:- k…I'll leave…. I have to meet them in a while….. Bye!!!

Karan was passing by… their hotel's restaurant… when he bumped a man… few paper fell down from his file. Karan saw those paper and took them… he was about to give him when he noticed that man was talking with Virat's secretary Sonia….

He looked on the papers … and he was surprised….those papers were about details of Virat's missing cousin…

Karan:- (thinking) yeh toh koi detective hai…. Magar manvi toh mil gayi hai….phir Virat aab bhi kyu aapni cousin ko dhund raha hai??? Something is fishy here!!!!

(he is the detective Virat hired to find his cousin…. But they found manvi… then what is he doing here??)

Sonia:- toh abhi tak Virat ki cousin aap ko nahi mili???

(so…. U still r unable to find Virat's cousin???)

Detective:- nahi mam'm…. magar hum koshish kar rahe hai…. Hum jald hi dhood lenge….

(no mam'm …. But we r trying to find her…. )

Sonia:- hamare pass zyada time nahi hai…. Aap jald hi usse dhondiye….

(we don't have much time…. Try to find her soon… )

Detective: - k..Mam'm…. hum Aapko jald hi aachi khabar sunayenge!!!!

(k… mam'm we will give u good news as soon as possible)

Sonia:- that's good…. so I will leave now… if u get any information contact me….

Detective:- k….

Karan was shocked above limits… manvi was his fake cousin… his doubts were cleared. Virat was still looking for his real cousin….. he knew that virat loved his dadu more than anything…. And he can do anything to save him!!... but he never expected that he would bring a fake cousin….

Karan:- (thinking) Virat… u r really smart buddy….

He walked in Virat's cabin… but Virat was nowhere to be seen… he thought of talking about it later… and left back from hotel…..

Manvi was at home taking care of Dadu whole day… she wanted to make sure that he was fit and fine soon … just then her mobile rang…. Veronica's name flashed on it…. she sighed….

Veronica:- hi manvi!!

Manvi:- hello veronica…. !!

Veronica:- I called u to invite for party…. I want u to come…. As u r Virat's cousin…. I would like if u attend it!!!

Manvi:- but I can't veronica… I have to look after Dadu…. I m really sorry!!!

Veronica:- don't worry… Aaditi aunty will look after him… and its matter of just few hours… …. Virat is also coming… please don't say no….

Manvi:- no veronica…. I can't… but if possible I'll try…..

Veronica:- k…. but if u r coming… please come with a partner…!!!

Manvi:- k….. Bye!!!

Veronica:-bye!!!

Manvi turned after disconnecting the call… Aaditi aunty was standing behind her…

Aaditi:- hey manvi… who was it….???

Manvi:- nothing aunty…. Veronica called me for party… but I can't go… she asked me to get there with a partner for party!!!!

Aaditi:- why not… u don't have any boyfriend here???

Manvi:- (smiling) no aunty…I don't have boyfriend… not in London as well as not in India!!!!

Aaditi: - k…then I will arrange a partner for u….!!

Manvi: - what!! No aunty... Please…. I don't want to… and even Dadu is not feeling well… I should be here with him….

Aaditi:- don't behave like a 60 year old women… u r still young… u should be partying and enjoying ur life…. I will take permission from ur Dadu… so don't worry….

Aaditi went to Dadu and asked permission for manvi….

Dadu: - (smiling) why r u asking Aaditi… she should go… I want my granddaughter to be happy and enjoying her life…

Aaditi: - but uncle… she don't have partner…

Dadu: - don't worry I know one good boy…. He will be perfect partner for manvi…I'll call him now... till then u make manvi ready for party…k.!!!

Aaditi: - k… uncle!!!

Aaditi gave manvi a party dress and made her get ready with good makeup….

Manvi was very nervous to walk out of room… as she never wore this kind of designer dress…. She wore a white strapless short dress… she looked really beautiful…

Manvi:- aunty.. I think this dress is quite short… I will wear my regular dresses…. !!!

Aaditi:- no manvi… u will wear this dress for party… I want u to look most beautiful in that party… so that u could get ur prince charming soon…. (Cupping her face)

Manvi:- (getting emotional) thank u aunty!!!

Aaditi:- now.. We should go downstairs…. Ur partner might be waiting for u….

Manvi:- who is he???

Aaditi:- that's a surprise!! (Winking)

Manvi felt suspicious…. She was in big trouble again.. she thought of calling Virat… but then she remembered that he might be with veronica in party.. so she silently walked downstairs to see her unknown partner…. As she came towards living room… she was shocked… it was no other than Karan!!! The person from whom she had to run away was now her partner for party….

Karan saw manvi coming downstairs towards him… he was awestruck with her beauty. She looked so beautiful that he was lost in her…. Dadu cleared his throat... to bring Karan back in his senses….

Manvi was still in state of shock…

Manvi:- (thinking) yeh karan… toh kabhi bhi flirt karne ka mauka nahi chodta… pata nahi aaj kitna pakayega!!?

(karan… never miss the chance of flirting with me…. Don't know how I m goona handle him!)

Karan stood up and smiled at her…

Dadu:- so Karan… I m giving u responsibility of my granddaughter …. Bring her safe back home…k…

Karan:- yes Dadu… I'll bring her safely back… don't worry… (Looking towards manvi) so should we leave now… we are already late….

Manvi nodded 'yes' and she wore an overcoat as it was very cold and they left for party….

Karan was driving silently… he never felt so lack of words in front of any girl… but it was something different….

Karan:- (thinking) aab pata chala.. virat kyu usse apne ghar leke aaya… he has really good taste in girls…. (Smiling)….

Manvi:- I m sorry.. if I bothered u… aunty forced me to go for party….

Karan:- its k.. cindrella… its my pleasure to be ur partner…. (Giving his best smile)

Waise aaj tum… bohot…mmm…SE… (Manvi shot an angry glare on him) sudar lag rahi ho!!!

(by the way.. today u r looking very… SE (Manvi shot an angry glare on him)……beautiful!!!

Manvi:- (thinking) hey bhagwan… mujhe iss playboy se bachao!!!!

(oh god!!! Please save me from this playboy!!)

They reached party venue…. party was full on swing… she roamed her eyes all over party.. To have glance over Virat… but he was nowhere to be seen…just then she saw Virat and veronica coming near them… veronica asked attainders to take overcoats…. Virat kept looking at manvi in awe… she felt his gaze on her.. And she blushed unknowingly…

Veronica:- thanks manvi for coming…!!! It's great that u guys are here… but I never thought.. u would come with Karan… (Smiling)

Karan:- of course… I had to come with her… because I m the best… (Proudly)

Virat felt something pricking in his heart… he was not happy seeing her with him…

Veronica:- u both look good together!!!

Here Virat and manvi were silent in whole conversation… they were just looking each other… when Karan saw them …

Karan:- Virat… wont u say anything for ur cousin???... Doesn't she look beautiful??

Virat:- (stammering) oh.. haan… u r really looking beautiful today manvi…. Its like meeting u for first time!!!

He was about to ruffle her hairs…when he stopped his hand

Virat:- no…I won't do it today….. It will ruin ur hairs….!!! (smiling)

Manvi felt butterflies flying in her stomach… for first time... He didn't treat her like a kid… a sweet smile crept on her lips…. Karan noticed them…

He suddenly held Manvi's hand…

Karan:- manvi… will u dance with me???

Manvi hesitated… she didn't know what to say. Watching Karan, Virat too asked veronica to join him for dance…..

And all four of them moved on dance floor for slow dance… lights got dim… and sweet… romantic music was playing in background… which made surrounding more romantic and hot!!!!

Karan held her waist and pulled her closer. Manvi was scared... She felt uncomfortable with him… she started dancing with him…but avoiding looking at him…

Virat was dancing with veronica… but his eyes were continuously on Karan and manvi… he didn't knew why… but he didn't feel good, looking Karan and manvi together… just then veronica noticed Virat looking towards them.. She cupped Virat's face and moved near to kiss him… she was about to kiss him... When Virat moved his face and instead she kissed him on cheek… veronica was disappointed with Virat. She didn't knew why he behaved so strange….manvi saw veronica kissing him…she felt numb…as if her heartbeat stopped for a while... a tear came out of her eye… she stopped dancing.. And ran out of dance floor… Karan followed her and held her hand….

Karan:- manvi… kya hua???

Manvi wiped her tears and turned around facing him….

Manvi:- I think… I m not feeling well..Can we leave???

Karan:-so...the person u love is Virat vadhera…???!!!

Manvi was shocked by Karan's words… she turned around and started walking without answering him…

Karan:- u can't run away manvi… without answering me…

Manvi stopped.

Manvi:- (getting angry) ur question doesn't make any sense!!! So I think its waste to answer….

Karan:- I know u r his fake cousin… now I think… my question make some sense.. Don't it???

Manvi was stunned by his confrontation…. She felt as if she lost voice….

Karan:- if u will love him… it's just going to hurt u both…. (Holding her shoulders)

Manvi shrugged his hands off from her… and walked out of party…

Karan came near Virat…

Karan:- Virat… I think manvi is not feeling well… u should take her home… as u r his cousin…

Virat:- what!!! Where is she??

Karan:- she just walked out of party…

Virat was about to leave when veronica stopped him….

Veronica:- but Virat… how can u leave so early… please stay for some more time…

Virat:- veronica… I'll meet u tomorrow and it's already late… so I think it's better to take her home with me… so bye guys!!!

Karan: - bye!!!

Veronica fumed in anger. She never expected Virat to leave her alone in party for any other girl.

Virat ran out. He saw manvi sitting on nearby bench, keeping her head down… she was shivering in cold.. he came near her and took his coat and surrounded on her shoulder…

She saw him….

Virat:- r u alright manvi??...

Manvi:- I don't feel good inside… I think I overate today… it's ok… I can go by myself…

Virat:- don't think of leaving today by using excuse like "I m ok"…. I'll get my car… wait for me here….

Manvi waited for him… and it started snowing….

Virat came back with his car and got down from his car coming near her….

Virat:- so… it's snowing… HAPPY BIRTHDAY MANVI!!!! (Smiling)

What should I give u as ur birthday gift?? I will give u whatever u want!!!

Manvi looked back in his eyes… she got emotional… she felt as if her heart was about to burst anytime…

Manvi: - (sadly with wet eyes) Virat… if that's the case… then don't be too good with me!!...

WHAT IF I REALLY START LOVING U??!!!!! (In loud voice)

Virat was shocked with her confession… or rather her question…

Manvi stopped herself and thought what she was saying to him… she composed herself

Manvi:-what i mean… if u continue, to be so caring for me… like real cousin… then I would fall in love with ur family and I would not be able to leave after my job…!!!

Virat:- so u want me to behave rude with u??!!

Manvi:- I m just asking u not to behave like real cousin…and caring for me like u did now…!!!

Just then veronica came towards them…

Veronica:- Virat…. Will u leave me home???... (Smiling)

Virat:- but how can host leave the party??...

Veronica:- without u.. I don't feel like staying…

Virat:- k…then… I will leave u… come.. (Looking towards manvi) manvi… get in car!

Manvi:- u both leave… I will go back with Karan….

Virat:- but… u r not feeling well… & just don't argue… come with us….

Manvi:- I can take care of myself… so don't worry…. I will go with Karan….

Virat stormed towards his car…angrily… and drove his car…..

Karan came looking for her out…when he saw manvi standing at porch….

Karan:- so.. u didn't leave with Virat???

Manvi:- Karan… I think u should tell Virat about u knowing the truth about me!!!

Karan:- (smiling) I won't… I m sorry… and u too better don't say anything about it….!!! I m enjoying this….!!!

Manvi:- it's not funny Karan… just go and tell him tomorrow… or else I would have to tell him…!! (Threatening him)

Karan: - k…..Then… I will tell him about…..u loving him!!!

Manvi:- no!!!! u can't do this to me…

Karan:- then its deal… we will keep our secrets to ourselves…. K?? (Smiling)

Manvi walked from there helplessly…getting angry… and took taxi… and left to get back home!!!
