karan shekawat and viren ki apasi dushmani 1. first KS takes viren's real life name 2. then seprating bua from viren 3. trying to seprate vv bros. all these things are happening against viren if he was swamini bua's son for revenge he would do something to effect the whole family rather than mainly viren I think his dushmni is with viren or more or like the person who he works for. maybe jaiswal.😊
