Because:

1) CVs have lost it by incorporating the worst possible plot in this show

2) Jeevika has lost her mind and thinks that doing this will solve anything, like seriosuly she is just making the rest of 3's life more miserable.. its not like anyone will let her go easy

3) The CVs were tired of getting bad TRPs despite somewhat reasonable tracks, thus they thought to dish out something extremely illogical, lame and stupid so that the bad TRPs made more sense ?

May be we would get a Flashback or something ki J can never give birth to a baby and no one knows about it.. Hence J wants to leave viren ji so that he can get married to someone else and move on.. This is the only reason that can make J moving out acceptable otherwise there is no reason at all.. I feel they can concentrate on the wedding rather than hurrying it up.. Its sad that the promo too is about J leaving and not abt the wedding which is the high point currently.

We're all clueless...But as far as I'm guessing, it's maybe because she thinks that since she can't conceive again, it would be better if she left the family and allowed Virenji to marry again.

This is what SHE thinks, not I.

I think it was by far one of the stupidest, lamest most idiotic plots ever. And this is coming from a hardcore die-hard EHMMBH fan. So you can imagine my frustration.

Yes agree with u. She is following manvi's footstep. Jeevika ki shadi me maanvi ne tamasha kiya aur ab maanvi ki shadi me jeevika karegi. And thats a news for me that she is destroying maanvi's life becoz some1 told me she is breathing because of jeevika and at cost of unborn child varna shadi ki jagha manvi ka chotha hota.

@tm: even i dont understand her logic of leaving house.

It would have made sense if J decided to leave the house cos she can't conceive anymore and leaving would mean that SB could get Viren married off again to have a heir. But this is a waste of time. She herself doesn't realise that might have some problems with conceiving a child unless, we will be shown a FB where the doc tells her that she can't conceive or whatever!!!
