I'm stuck between Maanvi and Virat, but I'll have to go for Virat.

He is the only character in EHMMBH who has changed so much over the last year (for the better). He was always causing mischief, arguing with his elders, not having a sense of direction in his life and basically a failure. Maanvi's love has now made him a changed man, as is proof the recent episodes.

He understands respect, admiration, and self-control now. He has undergone dramatic change in the last year of the show, which definitely makes him the ideal person.

It's not the person who's always been perfect that should be idolised, rather the person who has changed his bad habits for good ones, bad characteristics into good ones and overall changed into a better person, a better human being.
