It's completely ludicrous these days.
What was the reason for hiding it in the first place? However stupid the reason was in realistic terms, at the end of the day Beeji had a reason that seemed perfectly justifiable to her. The brothers on the other hand...
They have all the info, yet they have no clue on what's going on. It seems Jeevika's "ghajinism" has started to affect her dear hubby and brother-in-law too. You don't just forget crap like that.
Logically, CVs have gone haywire. I really can't distinguish between what is supposed to be real and 'reel' in the show anymore. On another note: why do they decide to show logic in bursts and not actually have it flow through the show like, I don't know, maybe a deeply ingrained part of the concept that they choose to handle?
I skipped most of the episodes of the Mumbai track because they felt completely out of place. Everything from Jeeman, Virman and Virika was just off putting. Jeevika was taken along as the token prize, the Virman storyline was too rushed and Virika in the space of five minutes made me want to pull my eyes out after their 'Mannu, my darling sister who I made promise to give me minute by minute updates, is lying in the room next door slowly dying from her disease, but wait, Viren-ji, let us try for a baby. Now is definitely the PERFECT time to have a baby, seeming as my dying sister is in the next room and your grief stricken brother who just found out that the love of his life's cancer is even worse than ever is trying to call you but you're just too busy romancing with me to pick up'. And to think the writers had the audacity to publicise that track as the start of the 'cancer issue'. So in short, what I wanted to say, was I missed a few epis so if someone would like to kindly explain why Virat never divulged the information he received from that doctor back then to everyone else?
The show is just so messed up. Is Manvi really suffering from cancer? There are little flares of sanity like the hair loss, bone marrow extraction process and the side effects to chemotherapy. And then they go and mess it all up by having a cancer patient frolicking away in the rain, dancing around right after a chemo session, having hair grow back in the space of a few weeks. Why give these small parcels of sanity if you aren't going to use logic in the long run?
My heads saying is that with the change of writers half way through that they most likely forgot about whatever happened in Mumbai and now have gone back and tried to cover up their mess, and possibly thought 'this could be an interesting twist' seeing as the TRPs have gone to the dogs.
Crappy logic like this is unbearable. Writers please stop this faltu rubbish!
