request to vm and siggy makers

there were some really awesome momemts in the recent kryan segments. I wanted to request someone to include these bits either in the vms or if you could please make siggy or caps of these. well the thig is , i do not know how to freeze a video and capture the pic. so if someone , who knows how to, could do it, it would be great. thanks. these are the links
