Can someone share a remedy for this lump in my throat that forms every time I watch this show?

It appears as soon as the real emotions and human interactions fill the screen. The pathos of this show is incredible.

While Manvi and Co. struggle with their own treatment, I need something more immediate to rid this lump in my throat.

Suggestions welcome.

I tried the following:-

1. Drink water

2. Scream at my family

3. Visit Bollywood Forum.

The last one helped a bit but the lump got replaced by a gag reflex.

wow THE SJ is about to cry. Never thought i wud ever c this day.
Can totally understand why though, the epi is reali sad...
My only remedy: a box of kleenex tissues

exactly!! this show leaves one with a heavy heart...

i watch vms n old scenes to enlighten my mood n it really helps..

lately the episodes are taking a toll of my mood as well...only solution that works for me is seeing some old NiShal masti!

have been here 4 a long time, not a regular though.
U rite it is a nyc show...a bit dramatic and teary at times but i do watch it occasionly...
