EHMMBH Written Update July 4th, 2012
Recap of yesterday's slap is shown followed by Viren apologizing to Swamini Bua on Virat's behalf. He asks Virat to apologize immediately, however Virat is adamant and does not apologize leaving everyone else shocked once again. As he turns to leave, he sees Manvi who has tears in her eyes; She approaches him and asks how love could ever come in between the relationship they shared? She questions him how he can love her? and walks off leaving a speechless Virat.
Jeevika follows Manvi to her room, and Manvi cries out that her self respect has been shattered and she is never going to be able to face the Vadhera's again. Jeevika understands and consoles Manvi, but she does agree that one day or other Virat would have expressed his feelings for her in front of their family, if not today. Manvi still says that this is not Hrishikesh, and it's most importantly her Di's sasuraal.
Everyone else in the family is discussing what happened in the house lately. Chachi is shocked that Viren could have ever slapped Virat where as Vanshika is scared that the girl Virat loves has 'cancer'. (Dude, SO? Isn't a cancer patient lovable?)
Once again, Manvi is pleading Jeevika to talk to Virat and ask him not to love her, for he will not get anything other than pain in loving her. Jeevika responds saying she cannot do anything in this case, because Virat's love is true and it's visible that he's madly in love with her. Manvi cries further and asks Jeevika if it was another girl in her place, would Jeevika still support Virat in loving a girl who has cancer? Jeevika has no words to express. (Wonderful CVs. Vadhera brothers moment- Viren walks to Virat and apologizes for what he did once again after 18 years. Virat smiles and tells his bhai that even 18 years ago, he wasn't angry, and he's the same today. Viren is still guilty and explains to Virat that 'what' he was saying wasn't wrong at all, but the 'way' he was saying it was wrong. Virat slowly understands the things from Manvi's point of view and tells Viren that he will go and apologize for everything. Viren is satisfied and they share a hug.(Ek hazaaron mein mera bhai hai!)
Back in Manvi's room, Jeevika is stunned, she does not want to chose between her family members over and again. She asks Manvi whether she loves Virat? Manvi looks here and there and says she does not. Jeevika looks at Manvi sternly, takes her hand, keeps it on her chest and asks her to swear of their relation and say that she doesn't love Virat. She goes on that what she's not saying, her eyes are saying. Why is she always looking for Virat and loves it when he is around her? Manvi is still not facing the truth. Virat is walking on the corridor coming towards the room.
Jeevika asks Manvi to look at herself in the mirror and tell herself the truth. Manvi finally gives up when she sees Virat's image in the mirror and admits to Jeevika that she does indeed love Virat. But along with Virat, she can see her death in the mirror too and that's why she doesn't want Virat to love her; because it won't give him anything.
Jeevika looks on with tears in her eyes and Manvi says that she too loves Virat as much but his life is beyond her. Once again she turns to the mirror and sees Virat's image. But this time the image does not disappear but moves forward. Manvi is shocked and turns to see whether Virat is really there.
